农村中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升自适应学习系统设计研究

【摘要】：随着科学技术水平的发展,信息技术日益改变着人们的生活、学习和工作方式。信息技术的发展给当今课堂教学带来了巨大变革,对广大农村教师的出了更高要求。从2004年教育部颁发《中小学教师教育技术能力标准(试行)》至2014年教育部颁发的《中小学教师信息技术应用能力标准(试行)》的十年时间里,全国各地持续续开展了中小学教师的信息技术应用能力培训工作,虽然其培训方式随着时代的变化和教师的需求断地更新和调整,但因其对教师学习能力、学习风格及认知水平等方面的差异没有足够重视和充分认识,使得培训效果不容乐观。而“自适应学习”是一种能够根据学习者认知能力、认知水平及学习风格方面等差异给学习者提供不同学习方案,满足学习者个性化需求的学习方式。鉴于此,笔者提出了该项研究。为了深入了解农村中小学信息技术应用能力水平的实际状况,为自适应学习系统的设计提供可靠的支撑和依据,笔者对来自贵州省各乡镇中小学教师做了相关调研。本文主要从农村中小学教师信息技术应用能力现状、需求分析、自适应学习系统的设计和系统应用等方面来进行阐述。在对该系统设计过程中,笔者提出了自适应学习系统结构模型。此外,在系统内容设计过程中,笔者对中小学教师信息技术应用能力相关知识内容及知识划分进行了初步探索,希望能够对中小学教师信息技术应用能力的发展提供参考和贡献。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, information technology is changing the way people live, study and work day by day. The development of information technology has brought great changes to the classroom teaching and has put forward higher requirements for rural teachers. In the ten years since 2004, when the Ministry of Education issued the Standards on the Educational Technology competence of Primary and Secondary School Teachers (on trial), and the 2014 Ministry of Education issued the Standard on the Application of Information Technology for Primary and Secondary School Teachers (on a trial basis), The training of primary and secondary school teachers in the application of information technology has been continued throughout the country. Although its training methods have been updated and adjusted with the changes of the times and the needs of teachers, because of their ability to learn, The differences in learning style and cognitive level are not paid enough attention to and fully understood, so the training effect is not optimistic. "Adaptive learning" is a learning method that can provide learners with different learning plans according to their cognitive ability, cognitive level and learning style, and meet the individual needs of learners. In view of this, the author put forward the research. In order to deeply understand the actual situation of the ability of applying information technology in rural primary and secondary schools, and to provide reliable support and basis for the design of adaptive learning system, the author made a related investigation on the teachers of primary and secondary schools in every township of Guizhou Province. This paper mainly discusses the present situation of information technology application ability of primary and middle school teachers in rural areas, the requirement analysis, the design of adaptive learning system and the application of the system. In the process of designing the system, the author puts forward the structure model of adaptive learning system. In addition, in the course of the system content design, the author has carried on the preliminary exploration to the elementary and middle school teachers' information technology application ability related knowledge content and the knowledge division. Hope to provide reference and contribution to the development of IT application ability of primary and middle school teachers.
