职工大学微课资源及学习支持系统构建研究

【摘要】:新技术催生学习变革已成为“新常态”,基于微课的学习是教育技术研究的热点之一。微课具有知识点的单一化、学习的情景化和时间的微化等特点,非常适合于非正式学习和移动学习,可以充分利用零散、短暂的时间开展学习活动。为此,本文将职工大学计算机应用基础的微课资源开发作为工作背景,构建了一个用于成人在岗学习的微学习支持系统,进行了成人在岗泛在学习的有益尝试。本文依据成人在岗学习需求,通过问卷调查的形式对在岗学员的学习现状进行调研,结合在岗学员的学习特征,运用逆向推导法,开展适宜在岗学员学习模式的文献查阅,通过关联性查找择优选择微课资源模式,按照在岗学员“计算机应用基础”课程的实际学习情况,采用设计性研究法,利用Moodle平台,将“计算机应用基础”课程的微课资源模块形式化编码,构建为一个在线学习支持系统。该系统是一个支持教师微课资源上传,学生学习资源的在线与下载学习,师生交流协作,交互与分享的学习环境。微课资源模块涉及学习任务单的明确列出、知识地图结构式展现、微视频的学习、进阶练习四大环节。学习支持系统通过混合式学习,将教室学习与网络学习相结合,有利于知识的建构、情感的交流和师生的协作。实践表明,基于微课资源的学习支持系统,能够满足山西煤炭职工联合大学在岗学员的需求。系统提供的便捷的学习形式、丰富的学习资源、友好的界面等,能够有效解决在岗员工随时随地学习的问题,有效促进了成人学习终身化习惯的养成。
[Abstract]:The new technology has become the "new normal", and microclass-based learning is one of the hotspots in the research of educational technology. Microcourse has the characteristics of single knowledge point, situational learning and time fretting, etc. It is very suitable for informal learning and mobile learning, and can make full use of scattered and short time to carry out learning activities. Therefore, this paper takes the development of microcourse resources based on computer application in the staff and workers' university as the working background, constructs a micro-learning support system for adult on-the-job learning, and makes a beneficial attempt of adult on-the-job learning. According to the needs of adult on-the-job learning, this paper investigates the present situation of on-the-job students through questionnaire, and combines the learning characteristics of on-the-job students, using reverse derivation method to carry out the literature reference of the suitable learning mode for on-the-job students. According to the actual learning situation of the "computer application foundation" course, the method of design research and the Moodle platform are adopted. The micro-course resource module of the course "computer Application Foundation" is formally coded into an online learning support system. The system is a learning environment for teachers to upload micro-lesson resources, students learning resources online and download, teachers and students to communicate and cooperate, interaction and sharing. The resource module of microcourse involves the clear listing of the learning task list, the presentation of knowledge map structure, the learning of micro video, and the advanced practice. Learning support system (LSS) combines classroom learning with network learning through hybrid learning, which is beneficial to knowledge construction, emotional communication and teacher-student cooperation. Practice shows that the learning support system based on micro-course resources can meet the needs of on-job students in Shanxi Coal Workers Union University. The system provides convenient learning form, rich learning resources, friendly interface and so on, which can effectively solve the problem of on-the-job staff learning anytime, anywhere, and effectively promote adult lifelong learning habits.
