反抗边缘化:民国时期兰州教育界籍贯冲突之透视

【摘要】:民族国家建构所倡导的地域平衡和公民平等理念与中国现代化进程开启后所加剧的区域失衡之间存在结构性的紧张。在"兰州中心说"的理想映照下,这种紧张在近代兰州显得尤为突出。由于军政两界被外省人控制,甘省知识分子的政治出路被边缘化,不自觉地形成了甘省人包办教育的局面。外省人与甘省人在政治经济文化地位上的悬殊,导致了双方在观念、思想和言行上的冲突,并引发了兰州教育界的一系列籍贯风潮。甘省人反抗边缘化的努力,反映了他们对民族国家构建的期盼与诉求,构成了近代中国民族国家建构的一个重要环节和组成部分。
[Abstract]:There is a structural tension between the concept of regional balance and civil equality advocated by nation-state construction and the regional imbalance aggravated by China's modernization process. Under the ideal of Lanzhou Center Theory, this tension is particularly prominent in modern Lanzhou. Because the military and government were controlled by the mainlanders, the political outlet of the intellectuals in Gansu Province was marginalized, which unconsciously formed the situation of the people in Gansu province to organize the education. The disparity between the political, economic and cultural status of the mainlanders and the people of Gansu Province led to the conflict of ideas, thoughts and words and deeds between the two sides, and triggered a series of local trends in Lanzhou educational circles. The efforts of Gansu people to resist marginalization reflect their expectations and demands for nation-state construction and constitute an important link and component of the construction of modern China's nation-state.
