城乡一体化:教育发展新范式的内生与他构

【摘要】:城乡教育一体化是我国深化教育领域综合改革、推进城乡教育科学发展的内在要求。在城乡教育一体化演进过程中,始终存在两条关键的轴线,即通过"自我的技术"改变自身存在方式的内生路径和通过"统治的技术"加以外在影响的他构路径。城乡教育系统就是在这两种路径的耦合作用下,从"相互独立"迈向"相互依存",从"相互分离"迈向"相互融合",并最终实现一体化发展。现阶段我国的城乡教育改革要在社会转型的整体框架下,厘清教育系统内部导致城乡教育分离的内因性要素,着力消除城乡分离与对立的经济和社会结构,通过教育变革的自组织机制与社会的协同推进,逐步实现城乡教育一体化。
[Abstract]:The integration of urban and rural education is the inherent requirement of deepening the comprehensive reform in the field of education and promoting the development of urban and rural education science. In the process of the integration of urban and rural education, there are always two key axes, that is, the endogenous path of changing the way of self existence through "technology of self" and the path of external influence through "technology of domination". Under the coupling of these two paths, urban and rural education system moves from "mutual independence" to "interdependence", from "separation" to "mutual integration", and finally realizes the development of integration. At the present stage, the urban and rural education reform in our country should, under the overall framework of social transformation, clarify the internal factors leading to the separation of urban and rural education within the educational system, and strive to eliminate the economic and social structure of urban-rural separation and antagonism. The integration of urban and rural education is gradually realized through the self-organizing mechanism of educational reform and the coordinated advancement of society.
