师德之反思:德性的视角

【摘要】：教师是个功能概念,是指从事教育活动的人。所以,教师的"职业"道德不能止于教师的个人修养,或者教师在与其他人打交道时所遵循的道德规范,而应该体现在其本质性的职业活动之中。在区别了教育者与促进者之后,本文认为作为促进者的教师,改善自身的生存状况是师德修养的前提,树立以人为本的理念是师德的心灵原动力,通过高质量业务水平促进学生主体成长是师德的行动准则。
[Abstract]:Teacher is a functional concept, refers to people engaged in educational activities. Therefore, teachers'"professional" morality should not be confined to teachers' personal cultivation, or the moral norms followed by teachers in dealing with other people, but should be embodied in their essential professional activities. After the distinction between educators and promoters, this paper thinks that teachers as promoters, improve their own living conditions is the premise of teachers' moral accomplishment, establish the concept of people-oriented is the spiritual motive force of teachers' morality. It is the code of action for teachers to promote the students' main body growth through high-quality business level.
