论教师专业发展的动力机制

【摘要】:教师专业发展是以专业原创力为着生点,在发展内力与发展外力的共同作用下完成的,它们能否有机配合、相互催生并形成最大化的成长合力至关重要,这是教师专业发展动力机制。助推教师专业发展的主要动力机制包括原创力生成机制、动力转化机制与动力复合机制。教师专业发展动力机制对教师教育实践提出了三个要求:适当加压和引导,合理调控教师专业发展外力及其释放;注重动力的收集与合成,提升教师专业发展的有效合力;加快教师专业原创力建设,让教师专业发展不乏源头活水。
[Abstract]:Teachers' professional development is based on professional originality, and is accomplished under the joint role of developing internal force and external force. It is essential for them to cooperate with each other to stimulate each other and to form the maximum growth resultant force. This is the motive mechanism of teacher professional development. The main motive mechanism that promotes the development of teachers' professional development includes the generator of original force. System, dynamic transformation mechanism and dynamic compound mechanism. Teachers' professional development motive mechanism put forward three requirements for teacher education practice: proper pressure and guidance, reasonable control of teachers' professional development external force and release; pay attention to the collection and synthesis of power, improve the effective joint force of teachers' professional development, accelerate the construction of teacher's professional originality, let teaching The development of teachers and majors is not lack of water.
