辽宁省大中专学生艾滋病知识行为及血清学检测结果分析

【摘要】：目的了解辽宁省青年学生艾滋病相关知识行为状况,为制定该人群的艾滋病防治策略和措施提供科学依据。方法对辽宁省本溪、丹东和辽阳市分层整群抽取的2 411名青年学生进行问卷调查和血清学检测工作,采用Epi Data3.1进行数据录入,用SPSS 19.0进行统计分析。结果 2 411名调查对象中,艾滋病知识知晓率为80.3%(1 937/2 411),男生的艾滋病知识知晓率(84.1%)高于女生(75.9%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=29.9,P0.05)。有133人曾发生过性行为,占5.5%;男生性行为发生率(9.4%)高于女生(0.8%)(χ2=84.5,P0.05);第一次性行为安全套使用率仅为41.4%(55/133)。最近1 a有3.4%(83/2 411)的学生曾做过艾滋病病毒检测;本次调查未检出HIV抗体阳性,但梅毒抗体阳性检出率为0.2%(4/2 411)。结论辽宁省青年学生已掌握一些艾滋病相关知识,但缺乏自我保健和防范艾滋病的意识和技能,部分学生有不安全性行为,存在感染HIV的风险。进一步加强健康教育和行为干预仍然是预防控制艾滋病在该类人群中传播的主要有效手段。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the AIDS related knowledge and behavior of young students in Liaoning Province, and to provide scientific basis for the formulation of AIDS prevention strategies and measures. Methods A total of 2 411 young students in Benxi, Dandong and Liaoyang, Liaoning Province were investigated by questionnaire and serological examination. The data were recorded by Epi Data3.1 and analyzed by SPSS 19.0. Results among the 2 411 subjects, the rate of AIDS knowledge awareness was 80.33 / 2411%. The AIDS knowledge awareness rate of boys was 84.1%, which was significantly higher than that of female students (蠂 2 29.9% P 0.05). 133 of them had sexual intercourse (5.5%); the incidence rate of male sex was 9.4%), which was higher than that of female students (蠂 2 / 84.5P 0.05), and the rate of condom use for the first sexual intercourse was only 41.4 / 55 / 133 (P < 0.05). In the last 1 year, 3.43% of the students had done HIV testing. No positive HIV antibody was detected in this survey, but the positive rate of syphilis antibody was 0.2% / 2411%. Conclusion the young students in Liaoning Province have acquired some knowledge about AIDS, but they lack the awareness and skills of self-care and prevention of AIDS. Some students have unsafe sex and risk of HIV infection. Further strengthening health education and behavioral intervention is still the main effective means to prevent and control the spread of AIDS in this population.
