【摘要】：随着中国社会经济的急速发展,城市与农村两极分化现象也逐渐加剧,尤其在教育方面,教育投入的不足成为制约农村小学发展的重要因素。而在大量的农村小学的建设中,往往参照沿用城市小学建设的标准,有限的经费和薄弱的监管极易引发校舍安全问题。本文关注的是,如何用有限的预算建设低成本高质量的农村小学。以中国西南地区为例,农村小学建设往往面临教育经费紧缺,这时建筑师低成本建设意识的建立就显得特别重要。纵观目前对西南地区农村小学建设这一主题的研究,多处于常规的学校空间设计或教育理念研究层面,建设成本总控制层面缺乏系统全面的探讨。本文希望通过对国内外相关低成本建筑理论的吸收与借鉴,结合对西南地区农村小学低成本建设案例进行科学的调研、分析、总结,从全方位来考虑建设问题并提出经济的解决办法。本文研究内容包括最初的规划阶段、设计阶段、建造阶段、再到使用能耗与维护阶段,最后拆除,在农村小学的整个建设过程建立低成本研究体系,并对比实际案例总结各阶段实现低成本建设的方式。基于实地调研和研究分析,本文对于未来农村小学低成本建设的方向,总结为轻质整体装配式、乡土化建造以及农村复合文教功能的转变。基于上述的系统分析及思考,得出西南地区农村小学低成本建设的几点参考性原则:安全经济、易行高效、健康生态、全寿命周期设计,对实现低成本高质量的农村小学建筑具有指导意义。最后,结合本人真实参与的西南地区农村小学低成本建设项目,通过对其进行低成本建设的评价,反思低成本建设相关方法的可行性,对西南地区农村小学低成本建设具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's social economy, the polarization between urban and rural areas is gradually intensified, especially in education, the lack of education investment has become an important factor restricting the development of rural primary schools. In the construction of a large number of rural primary schools, it is easy to lead to the safety problems of school buildings by referring to the standard of urban primary school construction, limited funds and weak supervision. This paper focuses on how to build low-cost and high-quality rural primary schools with a limited budget. Taking the southwest of China as an example, the construction of rural primary schools often faces the shortage of educational funds, so it is very important for architects to set up the consciousness of low cost construction. At present, the research on the subject of rural primary school construction in Southwest China is mostly at the level of general school space design or educational concept, and the overall control of construction cost is lack of systematic and comprehensive discussion. This paper hopes to absorb and draw lessons from the theory of low-cost architecture at home and abroad, and combine with the case of low-cost construction in rural primary schools in southwest China to carry out scientific investigation, analysis and summary. Consider the construction problem from all directions and put forward the economic solution. This paper includes the initial planning stage, design stage, construction stage, energy consumption and maintenance stage, finally demolition, and the establishment of a low-cost research system in the whole construction process of rural primary school. And compares the actual case summary each stage realizes the low-cost construction way. Based on the field investigation and analysis, this paper summarizes the direction of low-cost construction of rural primary schools in the future, such as lightweight integrated assembly, vernacular construction and the transformation of rural complex cultural and educational functions. Based on the above systematic analysis and thinking, several reference principles for the low cost construction of rural primary schools in southwest China are obtained: safe economy, easy to operate and efficient, healthy ecology, and whole life cycle design. It has guiding significance to realize low cost and high quality rural primary school building. Finally, according to the low-cost construction project of rural primary schools in Southwest China, the feasibility of low-cost construction related methods is reflected through the evaluation of low-cost construction. It can be used for reference to the low cost construction of rural primary schools in southwest China.
