芬兰独特而平稳的教育改革及启示

【摘要】：芬兰通过优先发展教育,在科技上取得了瞩目成就,使得各国对芬兰的教育刮目相看。芬兰的基础教育理想是让国内所有儿童,都能够接受不同年龄阶段的优质教育。少教多学,少测验、多收获,教育形式多样化而不失公平,构成了芬兰独特的教育改革理念。在平稳的教育改革中,芬兰建立了培养卓越教师的管理机制并形成尊师重教的民族文化。芬兰的国家忧患意识、自我反思精神以及对基础教育和教师教育进行循序渐进式的改革经验,值得我们学习、借鉴。
[Abstract]:Finland has made remarkable achievements in science and technology by giving priority to the development of education. It has made all countries look at the education of Finland. The ideal of basic education in Finland is to allow all children in China to accept high quality education at different ages. Less education, less learning, less test, more harvest, diversified forms of education and no loss of fairness, constitute Finland alone. In the smooth educational reform, Finland has established a management mechanism for cultivating excellent teachers and formed a national culture of respecting teachers and teachers in a stable education reform. The national consciousness of suffering, self reflection and the gradual reform of basic education and teacher education in Finland deserve our study and reference.
