贵州少数民族初中生心理韧性与自我效能感的关系研究

【摘要】：采用《青少年心理韧性量表》和《一般自我效能感量表》对572名贵州省少数民族初中生进行测查,探讨贵州省少数民族初中生的心理韧性和自我效能感的基本状况以及两者之间的关系。结果发现:少数民族初中女生在心理韧性的情绪控制上显著高于男生;少数民族城市初中生在心理韧性的情绪控制上显著高于农村初中生;少数民族初中生在心理韧性的积极认知得分上存在显著年级差异,初一学生显著低于初二、初三学生;心理韧性的目标专注、积极认知、家庭支持、个人力、支持力及总分与自我效能感存在显著的正相关;心理韧性的目标专注、家庭支持、积极认知3个因子对少数民族初中生的自我效能感有显著正向预测作用,说明少数民族初中生的心理韧性对其自我效能感具有一定影响。
[Abstract]:A total of 572 junior middle school students from minority nationalities in Guizhou Province were investigated with the Adolescent resilience scale and the General Self-efficacy scale. To explore the basic state of mental resilience and self-efficacy of junior high school students in Guizhou province and the relationship between them. The results show that the emotional control of mental resilience of junior middle school girls is significantly higher than that of boys, the emotional control of mental resilience of junior middle school students in minority cities is significantly higher than that of rural junior high school students. There is a significant grade difference in the scores of positive cognition of mental resilience among minority junior high school students, which is significantly lower than that of the second and third grade students; the goal of resilience is focus, positive cognition, family support, and individual manpower. There was significant positive correlation between support ability and total score and significant positive predictive effect on self-efficacy of minority junior high school students by three factors of mental resilience, goal focus, family support and positive cognition. It shows that the mental resilience of minority junior high school students has a certain effect on their self-efficacy.
