教育现代化评价之核心指标三问

【摘要】:为什么教育现代化评价要有核心指标?从指标体系与唯一考核指标的权衡中选择了"核心指标"。探讨教育现代化评价核心指标来自哪些核心价值,梳理现代化进程中科学、民主、公平、正义和可持续发展等核心价值逐渐受到关注的演进脉络,指出教育现化代评价的核心指标与核心价值之间存在内在关联。回答缘何"公平正义"价值及指标是"核心中的核心"这一问题,指出:公平正义价值全覆盖于评价指标体系,全面反映了渗透教育活动全程的从起点到过程到结果的公平价值;并强调公平正义是价值理性的回归和对工具理性僭越的反拨,在我国教育改革的现实背景下,解决公平问题正在成为教育治理的突破点。
[Abstract]:Why should there be core indicators in the evaluation of educational modernization? The core index is selected from the tradeoff between the index system and the sole assessment index. This paper probes into the core values of the evaluation of educational modernization from which core values, such as science, democracy, fairness, justice and sustainable development, are gradually paid attention to in the process of modernization. It is pointed out that there is an inherent relationship between the core index and the core value of educational modernization evaluation. To answer the question why the value and index of "fairness and justice" is the core of "core", it is pointed out that the value of fairness and justice is all covered in the evaluation index system. It comprehensively reflects the fair value from the starting point to the process to the result in the whole process of permeating educational activities, and emphasizes that fairness and justice are the return of value rationality and the backwash of tool rationality. Under the realistic background of educational reform in our country, Solving the problem of fairness is becoming the breakthrough point of educational governance.
