初任教师教学反思存在的问题及策略

【摘要】：初任教师存在教学反思意识和反思能力不强、其教学反思不适应新课改要求等问题。提高反思能力的策略有:教师增强教学反思的意识,加强自身专业理论素养,运用科学的教学反思方法,从对学生的测评和与学生的交往中提高教学反思的能力,通过微格教学进行教学反思,学校营造积极的教学反思氛围,等等。
[Abstract]:The new teachers have some problems such as weak teaching reflection consciousness and ability, and their teaching reflection can not adapt to the requirements of the new curriculum reform and so on. The strategies to improve the ability of reflection are as follows: teachers enhance the consciousness of teaching reflection, strengthen their professional theoretical literacy, apply scientific methods of teaching reflection, and improve the ability of teaching reflection from the evaluation of students and the interaction with students. Teaching introspection through microteaching, school to create a positive atmosphere of teaching reflection, and so on.
