我国教育数字鸿沟现状及影响因素模型研究

【摘要】:本研究围绕“我国教育数字鸿沟现状及影响因素模型研究”展开,在梳理国内外数字鸿沟内涵、影响因素和测量指标的基础上,构建了教育数字鸿沟测量指标框架,并设计教育数字鸿沟测量工具,然后对全国七个省份(上海、江苏、湖北、安徽、四川、甘肃、宁夏)的学校、教师和学生进行了调查研究,了解到我国学校间、教师间、学生间教育数字鸿沟现状,在此基础上确定了教育数字鸿沟影响因素,使用解释结构方程(ISM)方法建立了教育数字鸿沟影响因素模型并提出了缩小教育数字鸿沟的对策。本论文由六个部分组成:(1)绪论。阐述教育数字鸿沟的研究背景、研究的内容与思路,研究的目的和意义、研究方法等。(2)文献综述。文献综述部分对国内外数字鸿沟研究现状、教育数字鸿沟内涵、教育数字鸿沟形成的影响因素和测量指标进行了梳理与总结。(3)教育数字鸿沟测量指标框架的构建。本章主要根据教育数字鸿沟形成的影响因素,从学校、教师、学生三个层面构建了教育数字鸿沟的测量指标框架,为设计数字鸿沟测量工具奠定基础。(4)我国教育数字鸿沟现状研究。本章主要依据前期设计的测量工具,对全国七个省份的学校、教师、学生进行了调查研究,通过数据处理与分析,了解到教育数字鸿沟现状,为确定教育数字鸿沟影响因素提供依据。(5)我国教育数字鸿沟影响因素模型及策略研究。本章在确定教育数字鸿沟影响因素的基础上,使用解释结构模型方法(ISM)建立了教育数字鸿沟影响因素模型,并提出了缩小教育数字鸿沟的对策。(6)结论。该部分总结了本文的主要研究结论和成果,并对本研究的不足之处进行归纳整理,对后续研究进行了展望。本研究一方面将有助于完善教育数字鸿沟的理论体系,揭示教育数字鸿沟的现状和形成过程。另一方面由于我国东西部城乡间基础教育信息化发展不平衡,加剧了教育不平等的现实,通过本研究可以为相关部门在推进区域教育信息化均衡发展提供决策依据,同时也为信息化时代人才培养带来一些启示和思考。
[Abstract]:This study focuses on "the current situation of Educational Digital divide in China and the Research of influencing factors Model". On the basis of combing the connotation, influencing factors and measuring indicators of the digital divide at home and abroad, the paper constructs the framework of the measurement index of the educational digital divide. And designed the educational digital divide measuring tool, and then carried on the investigation and research to the school, the teacher and the student in the seven provinces of China (Shanghai, Jiangsu, Hubei, Anhui, Sichuan, Gansu, Ningxia). On the basis of the present situation of educational digital divide among students, the influencing factors of educational digital divide are determined, and the model of influencing factors of educational digital divide is established by using the method of explaining structural equation (ISM) and the countermeasures to reduce the educational digital divide are put forward. This thesis consists of six parts: (1) introduction. This paper expounds the research background, contents and ideas of educational digital divide, the purpose and significance of the research, research methods and so on. (2) Literature review. In the part of literature review, the research status of digital divide at home and abroad, the connotation of educational digital divide, the influencing factors of educational digital divide and the measurement index are summarized and summarized. (3) the construction of educational digital divide measurement index framework. According to the factors influencing the formation of the educational digital divide, this chapter constructs the measurement index framework of the educational digital divide from three levels: school, teacher and student. It lays a foundation for designing digital divide measuring tools. (4) the present situation of educational digital divide in China. This chapter is mainly based on the measurement tools designed in the early stage of the study of schools, teachers and students in seven provinces of the country, through data processing and analysis, we can find out the current situation of the digital divide in education. In order to determine the influence factors of the educational digital divide. (5) the research of the influencing factors model and strategy of the educational digital divide in China. On the basis of determining the influencing factors of the educational digital divide, this chapter uses the explanatory structure model (ISM) to establish the educational digital divide influencing factor model, and puts forward the countermeasures to reduce the educational digital divide. (6) conclusion. This part summarizes the main conclusions and results of this study, summarizes the shortcomings of this study, and prospects the follow-up research. On the one hand, this study will help to perfect the theoretical system of educational digital divide and reveal the present situation and formation process of educational digital divide. On the other hand, because of the unbalanced development of basic education information between east and west of our country, which exacerbates the reality of educational inequality, this study can provide the decision-making basis for the relevant departments to promote the balanced development of regional education informatization. At the same time, it also brings some enlightenment and thinking for the cultivation of talents in the information age.
