非正式学习环境下基于微信的知识管理研究

【摘要】:伴随着当今信息知识时代终身学习理念的深入和发展,非正式学习已逐渐成为人们获取知识的主要方式。Web2.0时代的开放性、个性化和共享性等特点使得各种社会性网络已发展成为人们生活、工作和学习中不可或缺的一部分,随时随地学习成为人们新时代呼吁下的一种学习方式,非正式学习的学习方式也发生了全新改变,这对构建终身学习型社会具有重要意义。知识管理在非正式学习中的有效应用对提高学习效率和提升学习者的知识竞争力都具有重要作用。微信作为一种新兴式即时通讯服务而出现,以即时性、便捷性、共享性和精确性等特点而迅速得到广大学习者所青睐。微信为非正式学习提供了一条学习途径,也提供了一种知识的管理工具,但其能否很好地支持非正式学习,并对非正式学习的知识进行有效管理尚未可知。因此如何利用微信有效支持非正式学习,促进学习者对知识进行有效管理值得我们去研究和探索。 本文首先主要采用文献研究和比较研究的方法对目前国内外关于非正式学习、微信、知识管理的研究现状进行总结分析,在此基础上对相关概念和理论基础进行了陈述。其次分析了网络非正式学习环境中的学习资源及管理中的相关问题,在将微信与博客和微博在功能特性等方面进行对比分析的基础上研究了微信应用于非正式学习及其知识管理中的可行性。最后在建构主义理论、联通主义理论和知识管理理论的指导下提出了基于微信的非正式学习的模式,并构建了非正式学习环境中微信支持下的知识管理模型。 研究认为网络环境中非正式学习的学习资源重复繁杂,在管理上尚缺乏统一的标准,微信为非正式学习及其知识管理提供了人性化的技术平台和相关功能性支持,能帮助学习者利用微信对非正式学习的知识进行有效管理,提高非正式学习的效率,是一种有效的非正式学习工具。
[Abstract]:With the deepening and development of lifelong learning concept in the information knowledge age, informal learning has gradually become the main way for people to acquire knowledge. With the characteristics of individuation and sharing, various social networks have developed into an indispensable part of people's life, work and study, and learning at any time and anywhere has become a learning method called for by the new era. The learning style of informal learning has also changed completely, which is of great significance to the construction of lifelong learning society. The effective application of knowledge management in informal learning plays an important role in improving learning efficiency and enhancing learners' knowledge competitiveness. As a new kind of instant messaging service, WeChat has been favored by learners because of its characteristics of immediacy, convenience, sharing and accuracy. WeChat provides both a learning approach and a knowledge management tool for informal learning, but it is not known whether it can support informal learning and effectively manage the informal learning knowledge. Therefore, how to use WeChat to effectively support informal learning and promote learners to effectively manage knowledge is worth our research and exploration. Firstly, this paper uses the methods of literature research and comparative research to summarize and analyze the current research situation of informal learning, WeChat and knowledge management at home and abroad, and then states the related concepts and theoretical basis. Secondly, it analyzes the learning resources and the related problems in the network informal learning environment. Based on the comparative analysis of WeChat, blog and Weibo, the feasibility of applying WeChat to informal learning and knowledge management is studied. Finally, under the guidance of constructivism theory, connectionism theory and knowledge management theory, the model of informal learning based on WeChat is put forward, and the knowledge management model supported by WeChat in informal learning environment is constructed. The study considers that the learning resources of informal learning in the network environment are complex and lack of uniform standard in management. WeChat provides a humanized technical platform and related functional support for informal learning and its knowledge management. It can help learners to manage the knowledge of informal learning effectively and improve the efficiency of informal learning. It is an effective informal learning tool.
