宁夏生态移民地区留守儿童营养餐现状分析

【摘要】：发现一留守儿童摄取食品种类单一,营养获得与全区、全国水平有很大差距。发现二山区留守儿童享受"营养改善计划",食品种类和营养搭配比较丰富,一日三餐就餐情况均好于川区;山区儿童在学校就餐状况好于家里。山、川区有少数留守儿童三餐中不吃某一餐现象,而且不吃早餐比例最高。发现三山区学校老师在教书育人的同时,还将许多精力用于准备营养餐,导致不能专心教育学生,加上食品粗放式加工,学生有挑食、偏食现象,营养餐浪费现象严重。
[Abstract]:It is found that there is a large gap between the whole country and the whole region in the single type of food intake for the left-behind children. It is found that the children in the second mountain area enjoy the "nutrition improvement plan", the food types and nutrition mix are rich, the situation of three meals a day is better than that in the Sichuan area, and the situation of the children in the mountain area is better than that in the home. There are a few left-behind children who do not eat a certain meal, and do not eat breakfast the highest proportion. It is found that teachers in Sanshan District school also devote a lot of energy to preparing nutritious meals, which leads to the inability to concentrate on the education of students, plus extensive processing of food, students have picky food, partial eating phenomenon, the phenomenon of serious waste of nutritious meals.
