基于信息技术环境下教学教研效率提高实验研究

【摘要】:对学区107位小学教师"基于信息技术平台资源共享"前后教研效率情况进行分析,探讨小学教师教研效率提高效果。结果显示:开展"基于信息技术平台资源共享"实验后,教师之间知识的互动关系比实验前更为频繁,所组成的互动关系网络更有利于教育信息在教师之间的传播;教师之间互动的密度显著大于实验干预前(P=0.0002)。"基于信息技术平台资源共享"能促进教师之间的知识互动,有效提高信息传播效率,成为促进教师成长的有效途径。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the teaching and research efficiency of 107 primary school teachers before and after "resource sharing based on information technology platform", and probes into the effect of improving the teaching and research efficiency of primary school teachers. The results show that the interactive relationship between teachers' knowledge is more frequent than that before the experiment, and the interactive network is more conducive to the dissemination of educational information among teachers. The density of teacher interaction was significantly higher than that before experimental intervention (P0. 0002). " Resource sharing based on information technology platform "can promote the interaction of knowledge among teachers, effectively improve the efficiency of information dissemination, and become an effective way to promote the growth of teachers."
