青少年泡沫轴训练网络课件的开发与研制

【摘要】：随着现代教育技术的迅速发展，多媒体CAI技术已成为我国现在进行的由应试教育向素质教育改革过程中的一个突破口。在实施素质教育的过程中，计算机辅助教学技术在体育教学中的应用是未来发展的必然趋势。目前国内体育领域内的多媒体网络课件的研制开始步入积极探索阶段，且尚未得到广泛推广，关于青少年体能锻炼的泡沫轴训练课件则仍处于空白。 本研究运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、系统设计法、课件编辑法和逻辑分析法，以泡沫轴训练作为多媒体网络课件的主要内容，以计算机为媒介，使用辅助软件研制出集文字素材、图像、音频、视频于一体的多媒体网络课件。旨在为我国体育爱好者和体育工作者提供新颖的体能锻炼方式，提高青少年参与体育活动的自主性。研究表明 1、根据学习者的学习规律及认知规律，，研制出以计算机为媒介，以提高青少年体质健康为目标，以泡沫轴训练为形式的青少年泡沫轴训练多媒体网络课件。内容科学、素材丰富、操作简便的网络教学课件不仅丰富了青少年体能锻炼知识体系，而且满足了广大体育爱好者及体育工作者对身体训练方法手段创新的需求。 2、多媒体技术在体育领域的应用与发展，是对传统教学模式的有效补充。将传统教学与计算机辅助教学相结合，能有效的激发学生的学习动机，调动学生的积极性和主动性，充分发挥学生的主体作用，并且对体育教学理念、教学模式、教学内容和教学方法产生了巨大的影响，同时为理论教学的改革提供了契机。 3、随着信息技术的迅速发展，网络将成为体育信息传播的新趋势。通过网络教学不仅拓宽了师生间在时间和空间上交流的渠道，而且还实现了高校间资源共享，有利于教学资源的合理配置和有效利用。同时还有助于优化全面健身路径，推动全民健身公共服务体系的建设。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern educational technology, multimedia CAI technology has become a breakthrough in the reform from examination-oriented education to quality-oriented education. In the process of carrying out quality-oriented education, the application of computer-aided teaching technology in physical education is an inevitable trend in the future. At present, the development of multimedia network courseware in the field of physical education in China has entered the active stage of exploration, and has not been widely popularized, but the foam axis training courseware about physical training of teenagers is still in blank. In this study, the methods of literature, expert interview, system design, courseware editing and logic analysis were used. The foam axis training was used as the main content of multimedia network courseware, and the computer was used as the medium. The multimedia network courseware which integrates text material, image, audio and video is developed by using auxiliary software. The purpose of this paper is to provide new physical exercises for sports enthusiasts and sports workers in China, and to improve the autonomy of young people to participate in sports activities. The results show that 1. According to the learning and cognitive rules of learners, a multimedia network courseware of youth foam axis training is developed, which takes computer as the medium, aims at improving the physical health of young people, and takes the form of foam axis training as the form. The network teaching courseware, which is scientific in content, abundant in material and easy to operate, not only enriches the knowledge system of physical training for teenagers, but also meets the needs of sports enthusiasts and sports workers for the innovation of physical training methods and means. 2. The application and development of multimedia technology in the field of sports is an effective supplement to the traditional teaching mode. The combination of traditional teaching and computer-aided teaching can effectively stimulate students' learning motivation, arouse students' enthusiasm and initiative, give full play to students' main role, and give full play to the concept of physical education teaching and teaching mode. The contents and methods of teaching have a great influence on the reform of theoretical teaching. With the rapid development of information technology, the network will become a new trend of sports information dissemination. Network teaching not only broadens the channels of communication between teachers and students in time and space, but also realizes the sharing of resources among colleges and universities, which is conducive to the rational allocation and effective utilization of teaching resources. At the same time, it also helps to optimize the overall fitness path and promote the construction of the national fitness public service system.
