我国学习成果认证制度探索与自学考试制度创新

【摘要】：在我国构建终身教育体系和人才成长立交桥的探索中,学习成果认证制度建设至关重要。世界发达国家和地区近年来开展学习成果认证的政策、措施和经验,为探求适合我国国情的制度形式提供了借鉴和参考。自学考试作为我国本土化、对于公民个人自学高等教育课程给予成果检验和权威认定的制度,经过30多年的改革实践确立了良好的制度基础、积累了经验。在新的形势下,以自学考试制度创新为基础探索我国学习成果认证制度,可从政策法规、认证标准、规则和技术、平台与机构等四大方面推进改革。
[Abstract]:In the exploration of constructing life-long education system and talent growth overpass in China, the construction of learning achievement certification system is very important. The policies, measures and experiences of the developed countries and regions in the world to carry out the certification of learning achievements in recent years provide reference and reference for exploring the institutional forms suitable for the national conditions of our country. As the localization of our country, the self-study examination system has established a good system foundation and accumulated experience for the citizen individual self-study higher education curriculum to give the achievement test and the authority confirmation system after more than 30 years of reform practice. Under the new situation, based on the innovation of the self-study examination system, the reform of the certification system of learning achievements in China can be promoted from four aspects: policies and regulations, certification standards, rules and techniques, platforms and institutions.
