【摘要】：上个世纪末,伴随着互联网技术的成熟以及计算机多媒体技术的快速发展。远程教育在中国已经经历了函授教育和广播电视教育两个发展阶段,进入基于网络教育为主的现代远程教育阶段。1999年以来,先后有68所高校获得批准,开展远程教育的试点工作,除中央广播电视大学之外,其余67所均为普通高校。伴随这些试点院校远程教育学院的成立,作为其一线的招生、管理、服务支持系统——校外学习中心也应运而生。我国现代远程教育在过去的12年中得到了迅猛发展,至今全国已有八千多个校外学习中心,远程育招生本、专科学生近1000万人,毕业学生500多万人,开展专业技术人才非学历教育培训数千万人次。经过十余年的发展,虽然我国的现代远程高等教育事业已取得了巨大的成功,然而在我国现代远程教育校外学习中心的管理和完善方面,目前仍存在众多需要进一步研究和解决的问题。在本文中,针对现代远程高等教育的国内和国外现状进行了讨论,介绍了现代远程教育的管理理论基础,介绍了国内远程高等教育校外学习中心的发展现状。通过对国内现代远程高等教育校外学习中心的管理存在的主要问题进行分析,探寻解决问题的对策来完善管理。对我国现代远程高等教育校外学习中心管理的研究,旨在探讨我国现代远程高等教育持续、稳定、健康发展的一种方式。能为承办现代远程高等教育的试点高校和工作在远程教育教学和管理第一线的工作人员提供理论指导。以帮助远程教育校外学习中心提高远程教学管理水平,帮助远程教育一线教师提高教学质量和工作效率,帮助远程学生更有效地独立而自主的学习。让这种新生的教育方式能快速适应中国的国情,能跟好的服务于我国的社会和经济发展。
[Abstract]:In 0th century, with the maturity of Internet technology and the rapid development of computer multimedia technology, distance education in China has undergone two stages of development: correspondence education and radio and television education.
