“农远”项目学校TELSC学习共同体的构建

【摘要】：教师专业发展的开放性、网络化、协作化、资源整合化多元化需要"农远"项目学校重构合作的教师文化,为每一位教师的成长提供机会。本文在分析"农远"项目学校合作文化亟待重构的背景基础上,提出了TELSC(分别取教师Teacher、专家Expert、领导Leader、学生Student、社区Community英文单词的首字母)多元化学习共同体的建构模式。该文化共同体具有参与者、助学者、学习主题、结构模式、资源模式、发展性评价等方面多元化的特质;在操作策略方面,TELSC多元化学习共同体强调在共同的理想和追求、信任、规模适度、成员配合合理的原则基础上,通过分步、谨慎授权、明确授权、信任、信息畅达、宽容、适度控制等教师赋权、全员参与策略实现共同体的目标。
[Abstract]:The openness, networking, cooperation and resource integration of teachers' professional development need the teachers' culture of the "agricultural far" project school reconstruction and cooperation. On the basis of analyzing the background that the school cooperation culture of "agricultural far" project needs to be reconstructed urgently, this paper puts forward the teacher Teacher (teacher Teacher). Expert expert, lead Leader, student Student. The cultural community is composed of participants, learners, learning subjects, structural models, and resource models. Development evaluation and other aspects of the characteristics of diversity; In the operational strategy, TELSC diversity learning community emphasizes on the common ideal and pursuit, trust, appropriate scale, members cooperate with reasonable principles, through step by step, careful authorization, clear authorization. Trust, information access, tolerance, moderate control and other teacher empowerment, full participation strategy to achieve community goals.
