【摘要】：正中国书法是一门历史悠久的传统艺术,其在给人们带来美的享受的同时,对于陶冶一个人的性情,培养良好心理素质也有着积极的作用。近年来,在高校中越来越重视大学生心理健康的教育,在此过程中,也关注到艺术教育对于促进大学生心理健康的重要作用。作为艺术教育之一的书法教育,对人的身心健康有着密切的联系,它对人们的健康作用是非自觉地融入的,也就是通过书法艺术欣赏和练习中独特的调节功能,使人在心绪调节中获得一种美的享受和情操的感染,从而影响到一个人的身心健康。关于学习书法对心理健康的影响,古今均有探讨,而在当今相对复杂的社会环境和竞争压力下,书法学习对于当代大学生心理健康影响的研究,则具有十分重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Chinese calligraphy is a traditional art with a long history. It not only brings people the enjoyment of beauty, but also plays a positive role in cultivating a person's temperament and cultivating a good psychological quality in recent years. In colleges and universities, more and more attention is paid to the mental health education of college students. In the process, it is also concerned that the art education plays an important role in promoting the mental health of college students. As one of the art education, calligraphy education. It is closely related to the physical and mental health of people, it is involuntarily integrated into the health of people, that is, through the calligraphy art appreciation and practice of the unique regulatory function. So that people in mood regulation to obtain a beautiful enjoyment and sentiment infection, thus affecting a person's physical and mental health. On the study of calligraphy on mental health, ancient and modern have been discussed. However, under the relatively complex social environment and competitive pressure, the study of the influence of calligraphy learning on the psychological health of contemporary college students is of great practical significance.
