初中生心理档案构建研究

【摘要】:近年来,初中生心理健康问题日益引起全社会的广泛关注,人们逐步认识到构建初中生心理档案是初中生心理健康教育工作的重要组成部分,各地中学也开始把构建初中生心理档案工作列入学校的整体工作计划,使之成为学校日常工作的重要组成部分。但是,初中生心理档案在理论与实践方面都有很多地方尚不成熟。因此,如何科学构建初中生心理档案,已经引起教育界的广泛关注。 在已有的关于学生心理档案构建的研究中,对大学生研究较多,对初中生研究很少;理论构想研究很多,实证研究很少。本研究意图通过借鉴以往相关文献,了解初中生心理健康水平现状,比较初中生心理健康水平在各因子间、年级、性别方面的差异;探讨构建初中生心理档案的必要性,并进一步提出具有可操作性的档案建立程序,丰富了国内学生心理档案的研究内容。 整篇论文分为四个部分:第一部分引言分析了本文的研究背景以及研究的理论意义与实践意义;第二部分综述了国内外初中生档案问题研究历程及概念界定;第三部分介绍了本文对初中生心理档案构建的实证研究;第四部分是结论与建议。 本研究是笔者在一所县级中学实习的过程中进行的,笔者做了以下尝试:通过借鉴和参考以往学者的研究,运用积极心理学理论,倡导初中生心理档案应面向全体学生,而不是仅用于个别心理有问题的学生,初步尝试为1212名初中生构建心理档案,并从学生心理健康测评视角对构建初中生心理档案进行研究。结果表明: (1)初中生普遍存在各种心理问题,心理测评能为初中生心理档案的建立提供有效的资料。 (2)初中生心理健康水平在年级方面差异显著,但在性别方面差异不显著。 (3)多层面立体式初中生心理档案的建立具有必要性,在步骤上具有可操作性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problem of mental health of junior high school students has attracted more and more attention from the whole society. People gradually realize that constructing mental files of junior high school students is an important part of mental health education of junior high school students. Local middle schools also began to build junior high school mental files into the school's overall work plan, making it an important part of the school's daily work. There are a lot of immature places in the theory and practice of junior high school students' psychological archives. Therefore, how to construct the mental archives of junior high school students scientifically has aroused widespread concern in the educational circles. In the existing research on the construction of students' psychological files, there are more researches on college students than on junior high school students. The purpose of this study is to learn the current situation of mental health level of junior high school students and compare the mental health level of junior high school students between factors and grades. Gender differences; This paper probes into the necessity of constructing the mental archives of junior high school students, and further puts forward the operable procedure of establishing the files, which enriches the research contents of the psychological archives of the domestic students. The whole paper is divided into four parts: the first part analyzes the research background, theoretical and practical significance; The second part summarizes the research history and concept definition of junior high school students' archival problems at home and abroad. The third part introduces the empirical research on the construction of mental files of junior high school students in this paper. Part 4th is the conclusions and recommendations. This research is carried out by the author in a county middle school practice process, the author has made the following attempts: through the reference and reference of previous scholars, the use of positive psychology theory. It is suggested that the mental archives of junior high school students should be aimed at all students, not only for individual students with psychological problems, but also for 1212 junior high school students. And from the perspective of psychological health assessment of students to build the mental files of junior high school students, the results show that: 1) there are all kinds of psychological problems in junior high school students, and psychological assessment can provide effective data for the establishment of mental files of junior high school students. 2) the level of mental health of junior high school students was significantly different in grade, but not significant in gender. 3) it is necessary to establish multi-level and three-dimensional mental files for junior high school students.
