基于网络环境下大学生心理健康教育模式的研究

【摘要】:我国大学生的心理健康教育始于20世纪80年代,经过二十多年的探索和发展,很多高校都开展了心理健康教育的理论研究和实践尝试,形成了心理健康教育的各种模式;然而近年来计算机和网络技术的迅猛发展,对大学生心理健康产生了各种积极和消极的影响,同时也为高校心理健康教育工作带来了新的挑战。高校心理健康教育模式在互联网大潮的冲击和影响下,正发生着从形式到内容的深刻变革。传统的心理健康教育模式已经难以适应网络对高校心理健康教育的严峻挑战。因此,加强网络环境下的心理健康教育模式的研究,探究网络环境下如何更好的开展大学生心理健康教育工作,对高校心理健康教育实效性的提高具有重要意义。 本研究以基于网络环境下大学生心理健康教育模式的构建为核心,通过理论分析和实证研究相结合的方式,研究主要内容如下: (1)对网络环境及其对个体心理的影响机制进行深入分析,并阐述了加强网络环境下心理健康教育的重要性; (2)心理健康教育模式和网络环境下心理健康教育模式的概念界定,网络环境下心理健康教育模式作为一种新型的心理健康教育模式,如何对其进行界定,直接影响后期模式的构建; (3)基于网络环境下大学生心理健康教育的现状,通过对高校大学生心理健康教育工作者进行问卷调查和访谈,了解高校网络环境下心理健康教育的现状; (4)构建基于网络环境下的大学生心理健康教育的模式,该模式主要包括结构因素和组织机制两部分,结构因素主要从对象、目标、原则、内容、途经、评价六方面展开论述,组织机制主要是指“四大建设”:机构建设、队伍建设、制度建设、资源建设。
[Abstract]:Mental health education of college students in China began in 1980s. After more than 20 years of exploration and development, many colleges and universities have carried out theoretical research and practice of mental health education. Forming various modes of mental health education; However, with the rapid development of computer and network technology in recent years, the psychological health of college students has a variety of positive and negative effects. At the same time, it also brings new challenges to the work of mental health education in colleges and universities. Under the impact and influence of the Internet tide, the mode of mental health education in colleges and universities. There is a profound change from form to content. The traditional mode of mental health education has been difficult to adapt to the severe challenges of the network to the mental health education in colleges and universities. It is of great significance to improve the effectiveness of mental health education in colleges and universities by strengthening the research on the mode of mental health education under the network environment and exploring how to better carry out the mental health education of college students under the network environment. The main contents of this study are as follows: (1) the core of this study is the construction of the mental health education model based on the network environment, and through the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research, the main contents of this study are as follows: 1) deeply analyzing the network environment and its influence mechanism on individual psychology, and expounding the importance of strengthening the mental health education under the network environment; 2) the definition of mental health education model and the concept of mental health education model under the network environment. As a new mental health education model, how to define it. It has direct influence on the construction of late model; 3) based on the current situation of college students' mental health education under the network environment, through the questionnaire investigation and interview to the university students' mental health education workers, to understand the present situation of the university students' mental health education under the network environment; The model of mental health education for college students based on network environment is mainly composed of two parts: structural factors and organizational mechanisms. The structural factors are mainly from objects, objectives, principles, contents and approaches. The organizational mechanism mainly refers to the "four major construction": institution construction, team building, system construction and resource construction.
