沙盘游戏对大学生职业决策自我效能感的影响

【摘要】:沙盘游戏是一种心理咨询和心理辅导的技术,它以荣格分析心理学为理论基础,由多拉.卡尔夫创立。起初,沙盘游戏主要应用于儿童的心理辅导,后来也逐渐地应用于成人的心理咨询及心理辅导。在多拉.卡尔夫的个案中也曾出现了将沙盘游戏应用于青少年和成人的职业生涯方面的辅导和咨询。 沙盘游戏作为一种有效的心理咨询技术,得到了世界各地心理工作者的重视,并在多拉.卡尔夫的基础上进行了扩展和深入研究。目前,沙盘游戏已在心理咨询、心理辅导、个人成长、团体辅导、企事业单位心理培训等方面并获得了很好的发展,但是将其应用于大学生职业辅导还是一个比较新的方向。 本文综述了国内外现有的具有代表性的沙盘游戏研究文献,从理论和实操方面了解沙盘游戏的脉络和应用范围,同时立足于当前大学生职业辅导的现实要求和我校的职业辅导条件,并借鉴一些研究者在沙盘游戏和职业决策自我效能感方面的实操方法。尝试将沙盘游戏应用于大学生职业决策自我效能感的探索,这不但满足了大学生职业咨询求助的需要,同时也有利于探索沙盘游戏在大学生职业辅导中的影响。 本文通过团体沙盘游戏在大学生职业决策自我效能感方面的实际应用,通过对团体沙盘游戏作品的分析,通过团体成员在团体沙盘游戏活动前、中、后的反馈,发现:沙盘游戏对大学生职业决策自我效能感产生了积极的影响,同时进一步了解了自己的性格类型,交往方式,及问题解决模式;通过数据分析发现:实验组团体成员在沙盘游戏后的量表得分上有了显著的提高。所以沙盘游戏是一种有效的干预职业决策自我效能感的方式,可以在大学的职业辅导方面作为一种有效的辅导方法进行实施。
[Abstract]:Sandplay is a technique of psychological counseling and counseling. It is based on Jung Analytical Psychology and was founded by Dora Karf. At first, sandplay was mainly used in children's psychological counseling. Later, it was gradually applied to adult counseling and counseling. In Dora Calf's case, there was also counseling and counseling in the career of adolescents and adults using sandgames. As an effective psychological counseling technology, sand table game has been paid attention to by psychological workers all over the world, and has been expanded and deeply studied on the basis of Dora Karf. Personal growth, group counseling, psychological training in enterprises and institutions, and so on, have been well developed, but it is a new direction to apply them to vocational guidance for college students. This paper summarizes the existing research literature on sand table games at home and abroad, and understands the context and scope of application of sand table games from the aspects of theory and practice. At the same time, it is based on the practical requirements of college students' career guidance and the vocational guidance conditions of our university. This paper also draws lessons from some researchers' practical methods in the aspects of sand table games and self-efficacy in career decision making. It attempts to apply sand table games to the exploration of college students' sense of self-efficacy in career decision-making, which not only meets the need of seeking help from college students in career counseling, but also meets the needs of career counseling for college students. At the same time, it is helpful to explore the influence of sand game in college students'career guidance. Through the practical application of group sand game in college students' sense of self-efficacy in career decision, through the analysis of group sand table game works, the feedback of group members before, during and after group sand table game activity is discussed in this paper. It is found that the sand game has a positive impact on college students' sense of self-efficacy in career decision-making, and at the same time, they have further understood their own personality types, communication styles, and problem-solving models. Through the data analysis, it was found that the group members of the experimental group had a significant improvement in the score of the scale after the game of the sand table, so the game of the sand table was an effective way to interfere with the sense of self-efficacy in career decision-making. It can be used as an effective counseling method in college career counseling.
