医学研究生主观幸福感与自我和谐、人格特质的相关研究

【摘要】:目的:以573名医学研究生为调查对象,了解医学研究生主观幸福感、自我和谐、人格特质的现状;分析主观幸福感与自我和谐、人格特质之间的关系以及医学研究生主观幸福感的影响因素。为各院校开展对医学研究生的心理健康教育及心理问题的防治提供参考依据和理论支持。也为增强医学研究生主观幸福感、促进自我和谐提供实践指导。 方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法,选取安徽省某两所医学院校600名医学研究生,进行匿名调查(有效问卷573份)。调查工具包括:人口学资料调查表、总体幸福感问卷(GWB)、自我和谐量表(SCSS)及艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)。应用SPSS16.0软件进行描述性分析、单因素分析及相关与回归分析。 结果:1.医学研究生主观幸福感平均得分为113.80±13.48,主观幸福感在年级、人际关系变量上差异有统计学意义(P㩳0.05);在年龄、工作经历、专业方向、父母教养方式、月生活开支等变量上无统计学意义(P㧐0.05)。2.医学研究生自我和谐平均得分为92.07±13.68,不同性别、年级、教养方式、人际关系的医学研究生在自我和谐各维度及总分上差异有统计学意义(P㩳0.05);在城乡来源、独生子女、工作经历以及婚姻状况在自我和谐总分及其各分量表上无统计学意义(P㧐0.05)。3.医学研究生中属于情绪稳定型人格的占73.8%;其中典型外向占12.9%,中间型占51.3%,典型内向的占14.3%。4.医学研究生的主观幸福感与自我和谐总分、自我刻板性、自我与经验的不和谐呈负相关(r=0.24,0.38,,0.42),与自我灵活性呈正相关(r=0.24);与人格特质中的精神质P、神经质N呈负相关(r=0.32,0.49),与内外倾性E呈正相关(r=0.12)。年级、人际关系、自我灵活性、自我与经验不和谐、自我和谐总分以及人格特质中的精神质、内外倾性、神经质在主观幸福感上回归效应显著。 结论:1.医学研究生的主观幸福感呈现积极、健康的态势,其中一年级医学研究生的幸福感要显著高于二、三年级的研究生;人际关系很好的医学研究生其幸福感要显著高于人际关系较好及一般的研究生。2.医学研究生自我和谐总体状况良好,女生自我和谐程度略高于男生;一年级医学研究生自我和谐程度高于二、三年级研究生;父母教养方式为民主型的医学研究生其自我和谐程度要高于放任和溺爱型的研究生;人际关系很好的医学研究生自我刻板性及自我与经验的不和谐要低于人际关系一般的研究生。3.医学研究生的人格基本处于稳定状态。4.自我和谐以及人格特质是影响医学研究生主观幸福感的重要因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the present situation of subjective well-being, self-harmony and personality traits of 573 medical graduate students, and to analyze the relationship between subjective well-being and self-harmony. The relationship between personality traits and the influencing factors of subjective well-being of medical graduate students. It provides reference and theoretical support for medical graduate students' mental health education and prevention and treatment of psychological problems in various colleges and universities. Medical graduate students' subjective well-being, Promote self-harmony and provide practical guidance. Methods: using stratified cluster sampling method, 600 medical graduate students from two medical colleges in Anhui Province were selected and investigated anonymously (573 valid questionnaires). General Well-Being questionnaire (GWBX), Self-Harmony scale (SCSS) and Eysenck Personality questionnaire (Eysenck Personality questionnaire) were used for descriptive analysis, univariate analysis and correlation and regression analysis with SPSS16.0 software. Results: 1.The average score of subjective well-being of medical graduate students was 113.80 卤13.48. The difference of subjective well-being in grade and interpersonal variables was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in age, work experience, professional orientation, parental rearing style, monthly living expenses and other variables. The average score of self-harmony of medical graduate students was 92.07 卤13.68. There were significant differences in the dimensions and total scores of self-harmony among medical graduate students with different gender, grade, upbringing style and interpersonal relationship. In urban and rural sources, the only child, work experience and marital status in the total score of self-harmony and its subscale, there was no statistical significance P? Among them, typical extroversion accounted for 12.9%, middle type for 51.3%, typical introversion for 14.3.4.The total score of subjective well-being and self-harmony and self-stereotype of medical graduate students were 73.8%, 12.9%, 51.3% and 14.33% respectively. There was a negative correlation between the disharmony between self and experience, a positive correlation between self and self flexibility, a negative correlation between self and self flexibility, a negative correlation between P and N in personality traits, a negative correlation between self and experience, and a positive correlation between self and introversion E. Grade, interpersonal relationship, self flexibility, The disharmony between self and experience, the total score of self harmony as well as the psychoticism, introversion and extroversion of personality traits, neuroticism have significant regression effect on subjective well-being. Conclusion 1. The subjective well-being of medical graduate students is positive and healthy, and the well-being of medical graduate students in the first grade is significantly higher than that in the second and third graders. The well-being of medical graduate students with good interpersonal relationship is significantly higher than that of general graduate students. 2. The overall condition of self-harmony of medical graduate students is good, and the degree of self-harmony of female students is slightly higher than that of boys; The degree of self-harmony of the first grade medical graduate students is higher than that of the second and the third grade graduate students, the degree of self-harmony of the democratic medical graduate students with the parental rearing style is higher than that of the laissez-faire and indulgent graduate students. The self-stereotype and the disharmony between self and experience of medical graduate students with good interpersonal relationship are lower than that of general graduate students. 3.The personality of medical graduate students is basically in a stable state .4.The self-harmony and personality traits are shadow. The important factors of subjective well-being of medical graduate students.
