成仿吾教育思想研究

【摘要】:成仿吾(1897—1984年),湖南新化县人,是我国近现代史上杰出的文学家、翻译家,同时也是一位著名的无产阶级革命家和教育家。在长期的教育实践中,他积累了丰富的办学经验,形成了博大精深的教育思想,他的教育思想在中国社会主义教育思想史上具有相当重要的地位。深入研究成仿吾的教育思想,对于我们总结历史经验,认清教育规律,深化教育改革,促进社会主义教育事业健康和谐发展,具有重要的现实意义。 生于半殖民地半封建社会形成之际的成仿吾,从小受到良好的教育,并励志寻求“救国救民”的道路,在选择与对比当中,他最终选择了马克思主义,走上了革命的道路。他把教育作为为革命服务的手段,办革命的教育。先后创办陕北公学、华北联合大学、华北联合大学等革命时期著名学府,培养了大批革命干部和其他各类人才,为中国革命的胜利做出了贡献。新中国成立后,成仿吾继续从事教育工作,为社会主义建设服务,直接参与创建新中国第一所新型大学——中国人民大学,先后担任东北师范大学、山东大学、中国人民大学等著名大学校长,为新中国的建设培养了大批合格的人才。成仿吾的教育思想是与教育实践结合在一起的,随着成仿吾教育实践的深入,其教育思想逐步成熟完善。成仿吾坚持理论联系实际的原则,把马克思主义教育理论和外国教育经验与中国的教育实际相结合,形成了有自己特色、适合中国实际的教育思想。成仿吾教育思想强调教育服务于民族独立和民族解放事业,服务于社会主义建设;把提高教学质量作为学校的中心工作,十分注重教学内容和教学方法的改进,十分注重教师的培养和提高;以培养学生为中心,把培养合格的人才放在第一位。成仿吾教育思想对中国教育的创立和发展做出了贡献,具有鲜明的创新性。成仿吾教育思想,为当代中国教育的发展提供了借鉴和启示,在综合国力竞争越来越激烈的今天,要确立教育优先发展的地位,实施科教兴国战略,要提高教师素质,改善教师待遇,要培养全面发展的人才,这既是对成仿吾教育精神的继承和发扬,也是保证我们在国际竞争中立于不败之地的需要,更是促进社会主义事业健康发展,实现中华民族伟大复兴的需要。
[Abstract]:Cheng Fangwu, born in Xinhua County, Hunan Province from 1897-1984, is an outstanding writer and translator in the modern history of China, and also a famous proletarian revolutionist and educator.In his long-term educational practice, he accumulated rich experience in running a school, formed a broad and profound educational thought, and his educational thought played a very important role in the history of Chinese socialist educational thought.It is of great practical significance for us to sum up the historical experience, recognize the law of education, deepen the educational reform and promote the healthy and harmonious development of socialist education.Born at the time of the formation of semi-colonial and semi-feudal society, Cheng Fangwu received a good education from childhood and sought the road of "saving the nation and saving the people". In the choice and contrast, he finally chose Marxism and embarked on the road of revolution.He regards education as a means of serving the revolution and runs revolutionary education.Established the North Shaanxi Public School, North China Union University, North China Union University and other famous institutions during the revolutionary period, trained a large number of revolutionary cadres and other kinds of talents, and contributed to the victory of the Chinese revolution.After the founding of the people's Republic of China, Cheng Fangwu continued to work in education, served the socialist construction, directly participated in the establishment of the first new type of university in New China-Renmin University of China, and successively served as Northeast normal University, Shandong University,President of Renmin University of China and other famous universities have trained a large number of qualified personnel for the construction of New China.Cheng Fangwu's educational thought is combined with educational practice. With the deepening of Cheng Fangwu's educational practice, his educational thought is gradually matured and perfected.Cheng Fangwu adheres to the principle of integrating theory with practice and combines Marxist educational theory with foreign educational experience with China's educational reality, forming an educational thought with its own characteristics and suitable for China's actual situation.Cheng Fangwu's educational thought emphasizes that education serves the cause of national independence and national liberation, serves the socialist construction, and places great emphasis on the improvement of teaching contents and methods by making the improvement of teaching quality the central work of the school.Pay great attention to the cultivation and improvement of teachers, take the cultivation of students as the center, and put the cultivation of qualified talents first.Cheng Fangwu's educational thought has made a contribution to the establishment and development of Chinese education and has distinct innovation.Cheng Fangwu's educational thought has provided reference and enlightenment for the development of education in contemporary China. Today, when the competition of comprehensive national strength is becoming more and more intense, it is necessary to establish the status of giving priority to the development of education, implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, and improve the quality of teachers.To improve the treatment of teachers and to train talents with all-round development is not only the inheritance and development of Cheng Fangwu's educational spirit, but also the need to ensure that we remain invincible in international competition, and also to promote the healthy development of the socialist cause.The need to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
