德育资源论

【摘要】:德育资源论试图对客观存在的德育资源现象进行理论思考,以期对德育行为实践活动中的诸种德育资源及其如何开发和利用等问题提供一种现实观照。其研究的旨趣在于认识、开发和利用德育资源,以为教育对象的德性成长服务,为社会的精神文明建设服务。因此,德育资源问题研究无疑将对新时期的德育理论建设和实践创新具有重要作用。正是基于这种理论诉求和现实期待,德育资源论的视域将主要集中探讨以下四部分内容: 第一章,德育资源的内涵、特征与价值。这是德育资源的基础性研究部分。德育资源是构成德育活动和满足这一活动所需要的各种有效性因素。德育资源异于资源、教育资源。德育资源是资源的一种特殊表现形式。德育资源更侧重于精神层面的资源价值。德育资源也不等于教育资源。教育资源只有助益于教育对象德性养成时才是德育资源。德育资则是教育资源的重要组成部分。德育资源的基本特征是选择性、生成性、多样性、多用性。德育资源是整合性价值和基础性价值的统一。德育资源是德育建设本身赋予其整合性价值。德育资源的基础性价值是德育资源价值的重要方面。因为德育资源既是德育活动的基础和源泉,也是影响德育实效的重要因素。 第二章,德育资源的构成。这是德育资源研究的重点环节。德育资源构成分析需要采取多维度、多视角、立体式的思路。按照空间分布,有校内德育资源、校外德育资源、信息化德育资源。按照功能特点,有素材性和条件性德育资源。按照资源属性,有人力、财力、物力等德育资源。按照构成要素的存在形态,有软资源与硬资源。按照历史的维度看,有传统德育资源和现实德育资源。中国传统德育资源是德育资源构成分析的重要方面。中国传统德育的内容资源包括价值观教育资源、道德规范教育资源、信仰教育资源、君子人格教育资源。中国传统德育资源的一大特色是德育途径和方法资源丰富。现实德育资源是德育资源构成分析的主要方面,它包括德育人力资源、德育物力资源、德育财力资源、德育文化资源、德育课程资源、德育信息资源。解读德育资源的构成是对其进行开发利用的重要前提。 第三章,德育资源的开发与利用。潜在德育资源转变现实为德育资源的动态实践过程就是德育资源的开发与利用。德育资源利用与利用的指向是使现实形态的德育资源进入德育实践,以使其发挥功效的过程。德育资源开发与利用关涉的几个重要问题是德育资源开发与利用的主体,德育资源开发与利用的对象,德育资源开发与利用的原则,德育资源开发与利用的方式。德育资源开发与利用具有重要意义。它决定着校本德育课程开发的力度与实效;它有利于充分发挥教师的能动作用;它可以充分调动社区的教育积极性;它也为我国的社区教育奠定一定基础。在德育资源的开发与利用中,物质条件的优劣、财力的保障是否到位、学校的重视程度是重要影响因素。开发者自身的素质是德育资源开发与利用的关键因素。教师是德育资源开发利用的主导和保障。反之,德育资源的开发与利用也能促进德育教师教育理念的更新、知识结构更新与优化、专业能力提升。教师德育资源开发与利用中存在的一些问题不容忽视,因而要增强教师的德育资源开发和利用的能力。德育资源开发与利用关涉的策略举隅包括校内资源、历史资源、社会资源、传媒与网络资源。 第四章,德育资源配置。德育资源配置是指在一定时期内,德育主体通过一定方式将德育资源配置到德育中以实现德育目标的实践活动过程。它关涉到德育资源配置的主体、视域、原则和方式。德育资源配置与德育资源开发利用关系密切。德育资源配置的追求是公平、效率、结构优化、可持续发展。德育资源配置的影响因素是经济全球化的冲击、社会政治经济文化的影响、市场经济影响、教育改革影响、德育地位的应然状态。德育资源配置的主导是政府。政府配置德育资源的方式是财政保障、法律保障、计划保障、行政保障。政府在德育资源配置中也可能存在错位、越位、缺位等问题。政府要明晰资源配置角色;确保教育财政投入的充足与公平;构建德育资源配置的法律体系;完善德育资源配置的计划体系;提高政府行政安排的质量。德育资源配置也需要政府与市场有效的结合。政府需要引入市场机制配置德育资源。政府要和私人部门合作供给,公共选择机制和市场机制共同发挥作用。
[Abstract]:On the moral education resources theory to thinking of moral education resources phenomenon, in order to provide a realistic reflection of the moral education resources of moral behavior in practice and how to develop and use of such problems. The research purpose lies in understanding the development and utilization of moral education thought, the education object of morality growth for service the social spirit civilization construction. Therefore, the resources of moral education will undoubtedly in the new period of the construction of moral theory and practice innovation plays an important role. It is this kind of theory and realistic expectations based on the perspective of the moral education resources will be focused on the following four parts:
The first chapter, the connotation of moral education resources, characteristics and value. This is part of the basic resources of moral education. Moral education resources is composed of moral education activities and various effective factors needed to meet this activity. Different from the resources of moral education resources, education resources. The resources of moral education is a special form of moral education resources more resources. The fourth chapter, the moral education resources.
