【摘要】：在科技日益进步的社会，高等教育越来越多的被人们所关注，高校也由以前的单一校园逐渐向综合型、多元化的新型校园过渡。高校中的办公建筑环境也越来越多的受到重视，本文主要从高校办公建筑环境的设计出发，探讨如何在高校的环境设计中实现人性化设计。本文首先就高校办公建筑环境的影响因素和构成要素进行问卷调查，利用科学的数据来具体分析其影响要素及其相互关系。这就要求设计师在对高校办公建筑环境的设计过程中要全方位考虑，设计出既能满足高效办公需求的环境，又能满足人们精神需求的场所。在本文中讲的办公环境，并不是单纯的办公室室内设计，而是广义上的办公建筑环境，强调的是办公建筑的大环境，既包括室内空间，也包括办公建筑与办公建筑之间的关系，以及建筑与环境之间的关系。高校办公建筑环境的设计是多方面而全方位的，本文结合物理学、生态学、建筑学、景观学、美学、行为心理学等相关学科，为高校办公建筑环境设计提供理论依据。高校办公建筑环境的优劣会直接影响校园形象，一个好的办公环境对提升学校品质有着重要的影响。作为一名设计师，应用发展的眼光看待高校办公建筑环境设计，在本文的最后，通过对高校办公环境的分析，探讨未来高校办公建筑环境的发展模式和前景。为了适应未来高效的办公模式以及人们对于环境质量的追求，未来的高校办公建筑会逐步向复合型多层次模式发展。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, more and more people pay attention to higher education, and colleges and universities are gradually changing from the former single campus to the comprehensive and diversified new campus.More and more attention has been paid to the environment of office buildings in colleges and universities. This paper discusses how to realize humanized design in the environment design of colleges and universities from the point of view of the design of office building environment in colleges and universities.In this paper, first of all, a questionnaire survey is conducted on the influencing factors and components of the office building environment in colleges and universities, and the scientific data are used to analyze the influencing factors and their mutual relations.This requires designers to consider all aspects of the design process of the office building environment in colleges and universities, to design an environment that can not only meet the needs of efficient office, but also meet the spiritual needs of people.The office environment described in this paper is not a simple office interior design, but an office building environment in a broad sense, emphasizing the general environment of the office building, including both the indoor space and the relationship between the office building and the office building.And the relationship between architecture and environment.The design of office building environment in colleges and universities is multi-faceted and omni-directional. This paper combines physics, ecology, architecture, landscape science, aesthetics, behavioral psychology and other related disciplines to provide the theoretical basis for the design of office building environment in colleges and universities.The quality of office building environment in colleges and universities will directly affect the image of the campus. A good office environment has an important impact on improving the quality of the school.As a designer, we should look at the environment design of office buildings in colleges and universities from the perspective of development. At the end of this paper, through the analysis of the office environment in colleges and universities, we will discuss the development mode and prospect of the environment of office buildings in colleges and universities in the future.In order to adapt to the future efficient office mode and people's pursuit of environmental quality, the future office building in colleges and universities will gradually develop into a multi-level complex model.
