我国教育收益率估算及其影响因素分析

【摘要】:教育是最重要的人力资本投资方式,是推动社会政治、经济、文化前进与发展的重要力量。要保证持续的教育投资,必须保证已有教育投资收益的实现。教育收益率是衡量教育投资收益的指标,研究教育收益率具有重要的意义,它不仅能够衡量教育对经济发展的影响程度,反映资源的利用效率,而且能够反映教育对收入分配的影响,还可以用于判断劳动力配置效率的高低。教育收益率的决定过程是一个错综复杂的过程,研究教育收益率的决定过程,探明其形成机理,可以为我国制定如何提高教育收益率的相关政策提供合理化建议,以提高整个经济运行效率,最终实现经济与社会的平稳健康发展。 本文采用实证的方法,在回顾当前我国教育收益率的研究成果和确定本文主要模型与变量的基础上,利用微观调查数据,采用Eviewss5.0计量软件进行最小二乘回归来估计我国明瑟教育收益率。本文不仅估计了我国整体的教育收益率,还研究了教育收益率的城乡差异、性别差异和年龄差异等。并且重点研究了影响我国教育收益率的因素及其传导机制,将这些因素分为就业选择因素和就业状态因素两个层次,在分析这些因素对教育收益率的影响过程中,寻求影响我国教育收益率的根本原因并提出对策建议。 本文主要分为六个部分。绪论部分分析本文研究的背景和意义以及运用的主要方法、创新和不足之处;第一章主要从理论角度对教育收益率国内外研究的成果进行总结和分类;第二章主要对本文所使用的改进明瑟方程、变量选取以及采样数据库的样本特点进行了说明;第三章主要估算研究了我国整体教育收益率并对其进行了时间序列的对比分析;第四章重点论述了就业方式、行业、行政级别、企业所有制性质、不同就业地区、年龄、性别七个变量对我国教育收益率产生影响的原因。并将以上七个因素分为就业选择因素和就业状态因素两个层面进行了整体OLS回归分析,并总结了我国教育收益率存在的问题;第五章对我国教育收益率存在的问题提出了对策建议。
[Abstract]:Education is the most important investment way of human capital, and it is an important force to promote social politics, economy and culture.In order to guarantee the continuous investment in education, we must guarantee the realization of the return on the investment in education.The rate of return on education is an index to measure the return on investment in education. It is of great significance to study the rate of return on education. It can not only measure the impact of education on economic development, but also reflect the efficiency of the utilization of resources.Moreover, it can reflect the influence of education on income distribution and can be used to judge the efficiency of labor allocation.The process of determining the rate of return of education is a complicated process. To study the process of determining the rate of return of education and to find out its formation mechanism can provide reasonable suggestions for making relevant policies on how to increase the rate of return of education in our country.In order to improve the efficiency of the entire economic operation, and ultimately achieve a stable and healthy development of the economy and society.On the basis of reviewing the current research results and determining the main models and variables of this paper, this paper makes use of the microscopic survey data.The Eviewss5.0 software is used to estimate the educational yield of Minther in China.This paper not only estimates the return rate of education as a whole in China, but also studies the differences between urban and rural areas, gender differences and age differences.And it focuses on the factors affecting the educational return rate and its transmission mechanism, and divides these factors into two levels: employment choice factor and employment state factor. In the process of analyzing the influence of these factors on the educational return rate,This paper seeks for the fundamental reasons that affect the rate of return on education in our country and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.This paper is divided into six parts.The introduction part analyzes the background and significance of this study, the main methods of application, innovation and deficiency. The first chapter summarizes and classifies the results of the domestic and foreign research on the rate of return of education from the theoretical point of view;The second chapter mainly describes the modified Minther equation, the selection of variables and the sample characteristics of the sample database, the third chapter mainly estimates and studies the overall educational return rate in China and makes a comparative analysis of the time series.The fourth chapter focuses on the reasons why the seven variables of employment mode, industry, administrative level, enterprise ownership, different employment areas, age and sex have an impact on the educational yield in China.The above seven factors are divided into employment choice factor and employment state factor. The whole OLS regression analysis is carried out, and the problems of education return rate in our country are summarized.The fifth chapter puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to the problems existing in the rate of return on education in China.
