论教育政策过程中公众人的缺失与回归

【摘要】：教育政策直接关系着整个教育过程,然而在国家中心的话语模式和精英中心的决策模式下,公众人在教育政策活动中缺失,教育政策成为国家统治的工具。政策科学视域中的教育政策带给教育的是冷冰冰的政策,公众人迷失于政策之中。回到教育学视域无疑是教育政策制定中公众人回归的一条探索途径。
[Abstract]:Education policy is directly related to the whole process of education. However, in the mode of discourse of the national center and the decision-making mode of the elite center, the public is missing in the educational policy activities, and the educational policy has become the tool of national domination.The educational policy in the field of policy science brings education a cold policy, and the public is lost in the policy.To return to the field of pedagogy is undoubtedly a way for the public to return in educational policy making.
