高中教师胜任力、教学效能感与幸福感的关系研究

【摘要】：目的：1、考察《综合幸福问卷》在高中教师人群中的适用性,调查高中教师幸福感现状；2、探讨教师胜任力与教学效能感对幸福感的影响机制,为践行教师幸福管理提供参考。方法：选取南昌市8所市属中学的334名高中教师为研究对象,采用《综合幸福问卷》、《教师胜任力测验》及《教师教学效能感量表》进行调查,使用SPSS16.0和LISREL8.70统计软件对数据进行分析。结果：1、《综合幸福问卷》具有良好的信效度,各项指标均符合测量学标准,适用于高中教师幸福感的测量；2、高中教师幸福指数居中上水平(6.07±1.03),不同性别、学历、学校性质及月收入的教师幸福感水平存在显著差异(P0.05)。其中女教师幸福感水平显著高于男教师；博士学历教师幸福感水平显著高于硕士、本科及专科学历教师；重点高中教师幸福感水平显著高于重点建设高中教师和普通高中教师；月收入3000-4000元的教师幸福感水平显著高于月收入3000元以下教师；3、教师幸福感与教师胜任力、教学效能感存在显著正相关(P0.05)；教学效能感在教师胜任力和教师幸福感间起着部分中介作用(路径模型各项拟合指标良好)。结论：《综合幸福问卷》适合在高中教师人群中应用；胜任力和教学效能感是影响高中教师幸福感的重要因素。因此,从胜任感中感悟幸福,从效能感中品味幸福,从自我超越中体验幸福,在自我成长中提升幸福,是促进教师专业成长,提升教师幸福水平的有效途径。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the applicability of "Comprehensive Happiness questionnaire" in senior high school teachers, to investigate the current situation of high school teachers' well-being, and to explore the mechanism of teachers' competence and teaching efficacy on their well-being, so as to provide a reference for the practice of teachers' happiness management.Methods: 334 senior middle school teachers from 8 middle schools in Nanchang City were selected as the research objects. The questionnaire of Comprehensive Happiness, the teacher competency Test and the scale of Teachers' Teaching efficacy were used to investigate.Use SPSS16.0 and LISREL8.70 statistical software to analyze the data.Results: 1. The Comprehensive Happiness questionnaire had good reliability and validity, and all the indexes were in accordance with the standard of measurement. They were suitable for the measurement of high school teachers' well-being. The happiness index of senior high school teachers was 6.07 卤1.03, with different gender and educational background.There were significant differences in the level of teachers' well-being between school nature and monthly income (P 0.05).The level of happiness of female teachers is significantly higher than that of male teachers; the level of well-being of doctoral teachers is significantly higher than that of masters, undergraduate and college teachers; the level of well-being of key senior high school teachers is significantly higher than that of key construction senior high school teachers and ordinary senior high school teachers.The level of teachers' well-being in monthly income of 3000-4000 yuan was significantly higher than that of teachers with monthly income of less than 3000 yuan.There is a significant positive correlation between teaching efficacy and teaching efficacy, and teaching efficacy plays a part of intermediary role between teachers' competence and teachers' well-being (every fitting index of path model is good).Conclusion: the comprehensive happiness questionnaire is suitable for high school teachers and the competence and teaching efficacy are the important factors influencing the high school teachers' well-being.Therefore, it is an effective way to promote teachers' professional growth and improve the level of teachers' happiness by learning from competence, tasting happiness from self-efficacy, experiencing happiness from self-transcendence, and promoting happiness in self-growth.
