基于阅读话题熟悉度的词汇附带习得实证研究

词汇在二语习得中扮演着十分重要角色,而词汇的习得并不仅仅来源于有意学习,通过听读等任务附带习得的词汇也是个人词汇的重要组成部分。过去几十年,词汇附带习得理论及实践研究取得了一定程度的进展,但词汇附带习得性质还没有完全被人们了解,因此该领域还有很大的研究空间。对于中国的初中英语学习者及教学者来说,如何通过阅读任务有效提升词汇量是值得探索的。本研究旨在探索阅读中话题熟悉度对中国初中生英语词汇推测和保有的影响,以此启发教师科学地为学生布置泛读任务。同时学习者英语水平也将作为影响因素进行探讨。本文提出了以下研究问题:在阅读文章时,1)话题熟悉度对英语词汇推测难度是否有显著影响?2)话题熟悉度对英语词汇推测是否有显著影响?3)话题熟悉度对英语词汇保有是否有显著影响?4)学习者的二语水平对英语词汇推测和保有是否有影响?本文研究设计主要是基于Pulido(2007)的实验。实验对象为30名上海市田林第二中学初一学生,依据篇章视觉词汇测试结果分为英语水平不同的两组。实验分为两个阶段进行。第一阶段,在确认测试文本为熟悉程度不同的两篇说明文后,被试按照要求分别完成文中目标词汇推测及难易度标注任务,并及时在...
