歧义容忍度与初中生阅读理解成绩的相关性研究

阅读作为英语学习中必不可少的一部分,是获取信息的重要途径,而歧义容忍度作为一种学习风格,在英语阅读中扮演着影响阅读能力的角色。目前在二语习得领域,有关歧义容忍度的与阅读能力的相关性的研究很少,而且已有的研究多为大学生和高中生。本研究旨在探索初中生的英语阅读歧义容忍度与英语阅读理解水平之间的相关性以及学生的歧义容忍度差异。具体研究问题如下:(1)初中生的英语阅读歧义容忍度总体趋势怎么样?有无性别差异?(2)初中生的歧义容忍度是否与其阅读理解水平相关?(3)初中生的歧义容忍度是否与不同阅读理解题型相关?相关性是怎样的?(4)不同歧义容忍度水平的学生在不同阅读理解题型中的成绩有无差异?本研究以河北省石家庄市金柳林外国语学校初三年级106名学生为受试对象,对他们进行问卷调查和英语阅读理解测试以及访谈并进行数据收集。用SPSS17.0统计软件对数据进行分析,得出以下结论:1、初中生的英语阅读歧义容忍度处于中等偏下水平。2、初中生的歧义容忍度与其阅读理解成绩显著正相关。3、歧义容忍度与主旨大意题和细节题均显著正相关,与推断题正相关但是不显著。即阅读理解问题在难度在一定范围内,歧义容忍度与阅读理解成...
