高中英语教学中自然阅读与词汇附带习得的相关性研究

目前《全日制普通高中英语新课程标准》(2013)对学生的词汇量提出了更高的要求:高中生应学会使用4500个左右的单词和400个习惯用语或固定搭配。然而高中生词汇学习一直面临着词汇量不足,费时低效,单词记忆困难等问题。在此形势下,传统的词汇教学和课堂阅读教学方式难以满足当前的教学需求。新课程标准的颁布以及英语课改的展开,加大了教师词汇教学的任务,相应的也对高中学生的词汇掌握提出了更高的要求,这就需要高中英语教师与学生找到词汇教学与学习的新途径。自然阅读是相对课堂阅读而言,以提取意义和信息为主,一般不做具体的阅读练习(如多项选择题),只有理解受阻时才专门注意词语。这种方法不仅可以帮助学生在阅读过程中有意识地注意某些关键词汇,也有助于培养他们主动探求生词意义的意识。Schmitt(2000)认为词汇习得是一个渐进的过程,而自然阅读则为我们接触词汇提供了源源不断和最广泛的来源。张宪,亓鲁霞(2009)通过研究发现自然阅读的一个主要功能是提供词汇接触机会,促进词汇知识的部分习得,一旦与注意、运用、理解等因素发生交互作用,就可能导致某些知识的完全习得。本论文写作的主要目的是研究自然阅读对词汇附带习...
