【摘要】:硕士研究生求学满意度是指硕士研究生对于自己接受教育服务的结果同自己的期望比较后而产生的高兴、愉悦的心理感受或状态。研究生教育是高等教育的最高层次,担负着为国家培养高素质、高层次人才的任务。研究硕士研究生求学满意度研究,可以帮助高校了解硕士研究生对于其提供的教育服务的满意水平,发现其存在的不足和需要改进的方面,从而改进硕士研究生教育培养,更好地服务于硕士研究生,提高硕士研究生求学满意度。近年来国内外关于大学生求学满意度的研究比较多,但对于硕士生求学满意度的关注较少,本研究在述说了求学满意度基本理论的基础上,借鉴美国大学生求学满意度量表,自编《硕士研究生求学满意度调查表》,以湖南省某重点高校的硕士生为调查对象,对与硕士生求学相关的六个维度进行了调查。调查结果显示,硕士生最不满意的方面是学校管理,接下来由低到高依次为课程教学、学研环境、校园文化、导师指导、师生关系。不同性别、专业、年级硕士研究生的求学满意度存在一些差异,男生求学满意度要较女生高,工科专业的学生求学满意度要较其它专业的学生高,三年级的学生对各个维度的满意度比其它年级高。影响硕士生求学满意度的环境因素有课程教学、师生关系、导师指导、学校管理、学研环境和校园文化。课程教学因素包括课程体系欠佳、内容重复、课程交叉化综合化程度不高、必修课与选修课比例不合理、教学方法单一;师生关系和导师指导因素包括导师时间不够、能力不高、责任感不强;学校管理方面包括管理人员素质欠佳、服务意识欠缺、考核机制流于形式;学研环境因素主要是办学资源不足;校园文化因素包括文化娱乐设施不足、文体活动涉及范围较窄。改变硕士生满意度的状况,提升硕士生求学满意度,应该合理设置课程、增强课程前沿性与实效性、调整必修课与选修课比例、采取多样化教学方法;应该减轻导师负担、提高导师指导能力、增强导师指导责任感;应该完善选拔、建立并执行科学的考核制度、建设管理人员队伍;应该增加教育投入和拓宽经费来源渠道;应该建设校园文化。
[Abstract]:The degree of academic satisfaction for postgraduate students is a happy or pleasant psychological feeling or state when a graduate student compares his educational service results with his own expectations. Graduate education is the highest level of higher education, and is responsible for the task of cultivating high quality and high-level talents for the country. Graduate school satisfaction research, can help universities understand the level of satisfaction for the provision of education services in the graduate study found its shortcomings and need to be improved, so as to improve the education of graduate students, to better serve the postgraduates, improve Postgraduates' satisfaction degree. In recent years, the domestic and foreign research on College Students' satisfaction in learning more, but less for postgraduate study satisfaction attention, based on describing the basic theory of learning satisfaction, satisfaction scale of college students from the United States, "self Graduate School Satisfaction Questionnaire", with a focus on graduate students in Colleges and Universities in Hunan province for the survey, conducted a survey of students to study and master the six dimensions related. The survey results show that the most unsatisfactory aspects of master's degree are school management, followed by teaching, learning environment, campus culture, mentor guidance and teacher-student relationship. There are some differences between different gender, grade, professional graduate school satisfaction, school boys have higher satisfaction than female, and engineering student satisfaction than other students, the third grade student satisfaction to each dimension than other high grade. The environmental factors that affect the degree of graduate student satisfaction include course teaching, teacher-student relationship, tutor guidance, school management, study and research environment and campus culture. The poor, teaching factors including the curriculum content, curriculum integration of repeated cross level is not high, the compulsory course and elective course proportion is not reasonable, the teaching method is single; the relationship between teachers and students and tutor tutor factors include lack of time, ability is not high, the sense of responsibility is not strong; the school management includes the poor quality of managers, service the lack of awareness, evaluation mechanism is formal; research environment is mainly lack of educational resources; lack of campus culture factors including cultural and recreational facilities and sports activities to narrow the scope of. Change the master's satisfaction, enhance the satisfaction of postgraduate study, reasonable curriculum, curriculum should enhance the frontier and effectiveness and adjust the compulsory courses and elective courses adopt diversified teaching methods, the proportion; should reduce the burden and improve the teacher mentoring ability and enhancing tutor responsibility; should improve the selection, establish and implement the scientific the appraisal system, the construction of management team; should increase investment in education and broaden the sources of funding should be the construction of campus culture.
