【摘要】: 当今社会科学技术快速发展,以知识为主导、以高新科技产业为基础和支持的知识经济正在震撼着全球,知识成为决定一个国家是否具有竞争力的决定性因素,而知识的竞争归根到底是人才的较量,即掌握高新科技的人才,他们成为各个企业乃至各个国家争夺的对象。随着计算机、电子通信以及互联网等高新技术的迅速发展,许多以信息服务为主的高新科技企业应运而生。这些企业是先进生产力的代表,具有运用、整合、传送和创造知识的功能,其中是否具有创新能力是决定高新科技企业生存和发展的关键性因素,而高新科技企业中的知识型人才则是其中的核心元素。 目前我国高新科技企业中的研发人员学历很高但研发效率低,流动性大,企业科技管理水平不高,如何建立健全一个能够有效吸引、留住、培养和激励人才的管理体系,是目前很多高新科技企业管理层重视的问题。管理的核心是对人才的管理,而对人才管理的关键是规划好其今后的职业发展,最大化地激发出他们的积极性和创造性,让其实现自身价值的同时也为企业带来最大的效益,增强企业的创新能力,提高企业的核心竞争能力,从而提高我国整体的科技竞争能力。 本文主要从以下几个方面研究高新科技企业毕业研究生的职业发展问题:(1)阐述了员工职业发展的三个重要的基础理论:职业生涯发展阶段理论、职业选择理论和职业锚理论。(2)分析了我国目前高新科技企业中人才的结构,以及其中研究生员工的特点,并在此基础上分析了我国高新科技企业中毕业研究生职业发展的现状以及存在的问题。(3)分析了高新科技企业中毕业研究生职业发展的影响因素及其存在问题的原因,提出六种影响其职业发展的能力因素,并对这些因素对职业发展的影响关系做了定量分析。(4)根据研究结果提出相关建议。 本论文根据员工职业发展的相关理论,针对高新科技企业毕业研究生的特点和其职业发展现状,分析了影响其职业发展的各种因素和造成职业发展问题的原因,提出完善高新科技企业毕业研究生职业发展的对策,使得研究生在实现自我价值的同时又能增强高新科技企业的创新能力,有利于实现个人与企业共同发展的双赢局面。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of science and technology in today's society, dominated by knowledge, in high-tech industry as the foundation of knowledge economy and the support being shaken the world, knowledge has become the decisive factor in the competitiveness of a country, and the knowledge competition is the talent is after all, that is the master of high-tech talent, they become the enterprises even each state for the object. With the rapid development of electronic computer, communication and Internet technology, many information service based high-tech enterprises have emerged. These enterprises are representative of advanced productive forces is used, and the creation of knowledge integration, transfer function, which is the innovation ability is the key factor in the decision of high technology the survival and development of enterprises, and knowledge type talents in the high tech enterprises is the core element.
At present, China's high-tech enterprises in the R & D personnel degree is very high but the development of low efficiency, high mobility, enterprise technology management level is not high, how to establish an effective to attract, retain, develop and motivate the personnel management system, is currently a lot of high-tech enterprise management is the core of management problem. The management of talents, and the key to talent management is to plan the future development of occupation, maximize stimulate their enthusiasm and creativity, to achieve its own value but also bring the greatest benefits for the enterprise, enhance the innovation ability of the enterprise, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, so as to improve the competition of science and technology the overall capacity of our country.
Occupation development this paper from the following aspects of high-tech enterprises for graduate students: (1) describes three important basic theory of employee occupation development: the theory of career development stage of occupation, occupation choice theory and occupation anchor theory. (2) analysis of China's current talent in the high tech enterprises structure. And the graduate staff characteristics, and on the basis of the analysis of the status quo of China's graduate students in the high tech enterprises occupation development and problems. (3) the reason analyzes the influencing factors of graduate students in the high tech enterprises occupation development and existing problems, puts forward six kinds of factors affecting the development of occupation ability the relationship between these factors and the impact on the occupation development to do a quantitative analysis. (4) put forward relevant suggestions according to the research results.
According to the theory of employee occupation development, the high-tech enterprises of graduate students and the characteristics of occupation development status, analysis of various factors affecting the development of the cause of occupation and occupation development problems, put forward countermeasures to improve the graduate occupation development of high-tech enterprises, the graduate students in the realization of self value at the same time it can enhance the high-tech enterprise innovation ability, is conducive to the realization of individual and enterprise common development of win-win situation.
