【摘要】：正免疫学已成为当今生命科学的前沿学科和现代医学的支撑学科之一。免疫学的快速发展不仅体现在基础理论的不断拓展和完善,同时也包括新技术方法的不断出现和更新[1]。医学免疫学是医学院校研究生的必修课程,实验教学是医学免疫学教学中的重要内容,其主要目的是通过实验教学,加深学生对理论知识的理解,提高动手操作能力,增强学生科研思维尤其是思考和解决问题的能力。免疫学实验教学的质量与学生的学习热情、理解、掌握和应用
[Abstract]:Positive immunology has become one of the leading subjects of life sciences and the supporting subjects of modern medicine . The rapid development of immunology is not only reflected in the expanding and perfecting of the basic theory , but also the continuous appearance and renewal of new technology methods . Medical immunology is a compulsory course for graduate students in medical colleges . Experimental teaching is an important part in the teaching of medical immunology . Its main purpose is to deepen students ' understanding of theoretical knowledge , improve the ability of hands - on operation , enhance students ' scientific research thinking , especially the ability to think and solve problems .
