制约我国硕士研究生创新能力的成因及对策研究

【摘要】: 我国研究生规模发展迅速,但质量却未得到应有的提高,一个主要的表现就是创新能力不足。培养创新能力是硕士研究生教育的核心,是硕士研究生教育自身发展的需求和本质属性。自我国恢复学位制度以来,国家对硕士研究生创新能力的培养日益重视,法规政策相继出台,尤其近几年,社会和国家大力呼吁创新人才的培养,有关创新人才培养的各种会议、标语、论文和著作铺天盖地而来,但是大学里依然相对冷清,硕十研究生的创新意识仍然不强,创新能力依然不高,创新成果依旧稀少。本文在此基础上展开,论文一共分为五部分。 首先,对国内外有关创新能力的研究现状进行了综述,接着对相关概念进行了界定,然后对我国硕十研究生创新能力的现状进行了总体分析,指出了我国硕士研究生创新能力培养已经取得的成就和依旧存在的问题,在此基础上探寻影响我国硕十研究生创新能力的成因,从社会、导师、学校和硕士研究生自身四个层面进行了成因分析,最后,针对我国硕十研究生创新能力培养存在的问题及成因分析,从社会、导师、学校和研究生自身四个方面提出了相应的对策。
[Abstract]:The scale of graduate students in China has developed rapidly, but the quality has not been improved. One of the main manifestations is the lack of innovation ability, which is the core of postgraduate education. Since the restoration of the degree system in our country, the government has paid more and more attention to the cultivation of the innovative ability of the graduate students, and the laws and regulations have been issued one after another, especially in recent years. Society and the country strongly appeal for the cultivation of innovative talents. Conferences, banners, papers and works on the cultivation of innovative talents are everywhere, but the university is still relatively quiet. The innovation consciousness of the graduate students is still not strong, the innovation ability is still not high, and the innovation achievements are still scarce. This paper is based on this, the thesis is divided into five parts. First of all, the domestic and foreign research on innovation capacity is summarized, then the related concepts are defined, and then the current situation of innovation ability of our country's Shuoten graduate students is analyzed in general. This paper points out the achievements and existing problems in the cultivation of the innovative ability of graduate students in China. On this basis, it explores the causes of influencing the innovation ability of the graduate students in China, from the perspective of society and tutors. School and graduate students themselves four levels of cause analysis, finally, in view of our country Shuoten graduate students innovative ability training problems and causes of analysis, from the society, tutors. The school and the graduate student oneself four aspects proposed the corresponding countermeasure.
