硕士研究生国家奖学金绩效实证研究

【摘要】：以陕西省20所省属高校2012-2014年2298人次获奖研究生为对象,使用SPSS21.0和主成分分析法对获奖者科研实践经历、成果进行分析。研究表明:研究生国家奖学金激发研究生科研实践活力,绩效显著,但是不同学科专业(专业学位类别)之间成果类型存在差异;由于评价体系和导向机制有待完善,创新性高水平成果增长缓慢。据此,文章提出研究生国家奖学金应回归学术本位,遵循人才培养和科研规律,优化评价体系,强化绩效考核,提高培养质量。
[Abstract]:In the 20 provincial universities in Shaanxi province for 2012-2014 years, 2298 people graduate award as the object, the use of SPSS21.0 and principal component analysis to the winners of scientific research and practice experience, results are analyzed. The results show that: the National Graduate Scholarships for graduate students and research practice activity, performance significantly, but different disciplines (professional degree category) between the results of the type there are differences; because of the evaluation system and the guiding mechanism to be improved, the high level of innovation results in slow growth. Accordingly, the national scholarships graduate students should return to the academic standard, follow the rules of personnel training and scientific research, improve the evaluation system, strengthening performance appraisal, improve the quality of training.
