湖南省重点高校研究生教育结构研究——基于结构偏离指数模型的实证分析

【摘要】：将指数方法引入研究生教育结构评价,提出了研究生教育结构偏离指数的概念。运用该方法和概念对湖南省9所重点高校进行实证分析,结果表明:湖南省9所高校的研究生教育结构具有稳定性,但不同高校研究生教育结构发展态势不同,多数高校的研究生教育结构趋向合理,个别高校研究生教育结构出现固化或恶化的迹象。最后根据实证结果,提出了稳定硕士研究生教育发展速度、减缓专业学位研究生教育发展速度等对策建议。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the index method into the evaluation of graduate education structure, puts forward the concept of graduate education structure deviation index, and applies this method and concept to the empirical analysis of 9 key universities in Hunan Province. The results show that the postgraduate education structure of 9 universities in Hunan Province is stable, but the development trend of graduate education structure is different in different colleges and universities, and the postgraduate education structure of most universities tends to be reasonable. Finally, according to the empirical results, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as stabilizing the development speed of graduate education and slowing down the development speed of graduate education of professional degree.
