研究生的生涯观及生涯调适历程的叙事研究

【摘要】: 本研究采取叙事研究方法,深度访谈两位有过辞职考研经历的统招研究生,包括一位有三年工作经历的男性和一位有七年工作经历的女性的生命故事。研究目的为理解他们在其生存脉络中如何依据自我认同发展人生愿景及存在策略的生涯观,并探讨其辞职读研的生涯决策及调适历程。 本研究结果如下: 两位研究生的人生愿景内涵不尽相同,共通点为,他们都相信知识能改变命运,追求自由、成就、顺利的生活,希望人际关系融洽和经济不虚匮乏,也希望工作能符合兴趣、能力,并渴望从中获得成就感及自我价值感,另外,他们都希望研究生学历有助于自己愿景的实现。 他们在工作中进行了自我探索,探索的结果多是“不知道自己要什么”、“想要的要不到”或“要到了,但不符合自我认同及人生愿景价值”,为了实现理想愿景,满足自我价值感而选择了辞职考研,研究生求学经历是他们迈向自己理想人生方向的一个加油站。面对研究生就业形势严峻的现实,两位研究生比较乐观,善于调节自我,接受自己读研的选择,因此能够享受此选择带来的优点,对自己的研究生生活比较满意。 两位研究生的决策方法都有阶段性变化。求学时期他们都会采纳、遵循父母或重要他人的意见。随着年龄的增加,对个人及环境资讯的了解,他们的自主性增加,较能依据自己的想法决定,并形成主要的决策风格,即“随顺机缘、边走边看”。他们在不同阶段做决定时多会依据理性分析、直观感受、重要他人、环境机缘四种方式。他们不限定只采取其中一种决策方法,多是综合评估不同决策方式所提供的信息后再作出明确决定。 不论求学还是工作都会遇到挫折及挑战,他们会采取妥协性及认知调适等生涯调适策略,选择最可以接受的替代方案,并正向解释不顺利,乐观看待未来。而生涯调适历程就是生涯观的再建构历程。修正生涯观的方式有二:一是从新经验中形成新的自我认同,并依此发展愿景内涵,而后采取新策略以实践目标。是采取新策略(例如设限与妥协)而发现过去未觉察的愿景值,并形成新的认同。 六大影响研究生生涯观的因素包括:自我认同、社会文化、现实环境、他人互动经验、个人条件及资源、重要事件等。 最后,研究者说明本研究的贡献、限制及个人的研究省思,并提供未来研究的建议。
[Abstract]:This study adopts narrative research methods, in-depth interviews with two graduate students who have resigned from graduate school entrance examination. Including the life story of a man with three years of work experience and a woman with seven years of work experience. The purpose of the study was to understand how they developed their life vision and existence strategy based on self-identity in their survival context. And discusses his resignation to graduate school career decision-making and adjustment process. The results of this study are as follows:. The two graduate students have different visions of life. The common denominator is that they believe that knowledge can change their destiny, pursue freedom, achievement, a smooth life, hope for harmonious interpersonal relations and lack of economy, and hope that their work can meet their interests. Ability, and desire for a sense of achievement and self-worth, and they all want a graduate degree to contribute to the realization of their vision. They have made self-exploration in their work, the results of which are "don't know what they want", "what they want" or "what they want" or "not in line with the values of self-identity and life vision," in order to realize their ideal vision. Satisfied with their sense of self-worth, they chose to resign and take part in the postgraduate examination. Graduate students' study experience is a gas station where they move towards their ideal life direction. In the face of the grim reality of the employment situation for postgraduates, the two graduate students are more optimistic and are good at adjusting themselves. Accept your choice of graduate school, so can enjoy the advantages of this choice, more satisfied with their graduate life. Both graduate students' decision-making methods change periodically. They both adopt and follow the advice of their parents or other important people during their school years. As they get older, they become more autonomous in terms of personal and environmental information. They are more able to decide according to their own ideas and form the main decision-making style, that is, "follow the chance, walk and see". When they make decisions at different stages, they tend to make decisions based on rational analysis, intuitive feelings, and importance to others. There are four ways of environmental opportunity. They do not limit themselves to only one of the decision-making methods. Most of them synthetically evaluate the information provided by different decision-making methods before making a definite decision. Both at school and at work, they face setbacks and challenges. They adopt career adjustment strategies such as compromise and cognitive adjustment, choose the most acceptable alternatives, and make positive explanations. The process of career adjustment is the process of reconstruction of career view. There are two ways to revise career view: one is to form a new self-identity from the new experience, and according to the connotation of the development vision, Then adopt new strategies to achieve goals. It is to adopt new strategies (such as setting limits and compromises) to discover previously unperceived values of vision and to form new identities. The six factors that influence postgraduates' career outlook include self-identification, social culture, realistic environment, interaction experience of others, personal conditions and resources, important events and so on. Finally, the researchers explain the contributions, limitations and personal considerations of the study, and provide suggestions for future research.
