体育学研究生生命质量的研究

【摘要】： 在倡导“以人为本”的新发展观及我国即将举行2008年奥运盛会的社会背景下,在校体育学研究生既面临着机遇也面临着挑战。体育学研究生是体育科研队伍的核心力量,是实现“奥运金牌战略”和“全民健身计划”的中坚力量。他们将来还会成为体育科学学科的带头人,承担着传播体育科学前沿知识的任务,推动体育科学发展的重要使命。因此关注他们的生命质量,关注他们的生存状况与主观体验具有重要的意义。本研究主要运用问卷调查法,对体育学研究生的生命质量现状进行分析,探索影响他们生命质量的因素,得出的主要结论如下: 1、生活满意度与生命质量二者不能相互替代。 2、体育学研究生生命质量处于中等水平。 3、体育学研究生生命质量的相关分析得出:北京师范大学体育学研究生环境领域的生命质量得分比北京体育大学和首都体育学院高;女体育学研究生在独立性领域、心理领域、社会领域及总的生命质量得分低于男生;单身无伴侣的体育学研究生生命质量得分最低;30岁以上年龄段的研究生在生理领域的生命质量得分最低;体育博士研究生在环境领域的生命质量得分高于硕士;来源于城镇体育学研究生环境领域的生命质量得分高于来源于农村的,而来源于农村的研究生生理领域的生命质量得分却高于城镇的;有工作经历的体育学研究生在社会领域的生命质量得分高于无工作经历的体育学研究生;博士研究生面临的主要问题是学习和科研;硕士研究生面临的首要问题是专业就业。建议有关管理部门给体育学研究生提供更多的就业机会与实践经历,创造浓厚科研氛围,加强专业技能的训练。并关注单身无伴侣研究生的生命质量、女研究生的心理健康与社会适应问题、30岁以上研究生理健康及硕士研究生的就业压力等问题。
[Abstract]:Under the social background of advocating "people-oriented" new concept of development and China's upcoming Olympic Games on 2008, postgraduates of physical education are faced with both opportunities and challenges. Sports graduate students are the core force of sports research team. They are the backbone of the "Olympic gold medal strategy" and "national fitness program." they will also become leaders in sports science in the future, undertaking the task of spreading cutting-edge knowledge of sports science. Therefore, it is of great significance to pay attention to their quality of life, their living condition and subjective experience. This research mainly uses the questionnaire method, carries on the analysis to the physical education graduate student's quality of life present situation, explores the influence factor which their quality of life, draws the main conclusion as follows:. 1. Life satisfaction and quality of life can not be replaced by each other. 2. The quality of life of postgraduates in physical education is at the medium level. 3. The correlative analysis of the quality of life of postgraduates in physical education shows that the scores of quality of life in the field of environment of postgraduates of physical education in Beijing normal University are higher than those in Beijing University of physical Education and the Capital Institute of physical Education, the female sports graduate students are in the field of independence, psychology, etc. The scores of social field and total quality of life were lower than that of male students, and the scores of physical education graduate students who were single and without partners were the lowest, and those over 30 years old had the lowest scores in physiological field. The scores of life quality of doctoral students in physical education are higher than that of masters in the field of environment, and the scores of life quality in environmental field of postgraduates in urban sports are higher than those in rural areas. However, the scores of life quality in physical field of graduate students from rural areas are higher than those in cities and towns, and the quality of life scores of sports graduate students with work experience in social field are higher than those of sports graduate students who have no work experience. The main problem for doctoral students is to study and research, and the most important problem for graduate students is professional employment. It is suggested that the relevant management departments should provide more employment opportunities and practical experience for sports graduate students, create a strong scientific research atmosphere, strengthen the training of professional skills, and pay attention to the quality of life of single, non-partner graduate students.
