【摘要】：正红深在人民日报海外版(2011年12月24日)撰文说,近期,国内一些高校清理超期未毕业博士生,引来众人关注。有些超期泛滥现象让人费解,甚至有点可笑。超期博士生背后暴露出了一些学校在学位制度和学籍管理等方面的不完善。在研究生招生和培养中,导师制徒有虚名。有的导师带博士生太多,顾不过来,形成"导师不导"的现象,只是在搞某个项目时才想起带学生,却又异化成一种老板与员工的关系。这样的研究生培养方式显然没有坚持学
[Abstract]:Writing in People's Daily's overseas edition (December 24th 2011), Zheng Hongshen said: recently, some colleges and universities in China have cleaned up late ungraduated doctoral students, drawing attention from the public.
