【摘要】： 研究生教育作为教育的最高层次,在培养高层次人才方面具有不可替代的作用。研究生教育结构作为社会大系统的组成要素,其结构的合理程度不仅影响着研究生教育的可持续发展,而且影响着社会其它系统的健康发展。同样,社会其它系统也会对研究生教育结构产生影响,促使其科类、层次、形式结构发生变化。近年来,河北省研究生教育结构随着社会政治、经济、文化的发展需求而逐步优化,在促进社会经济发展、实现研究生教育可持续发展方面发挥了重要作用。但是,随着河北省产业结构的调整,河北省研究生教育在科类、层次、形式方面存在的问题日益显现,成为制约研究生教育、社会经济可持续发展的不利因素。本文以河北省研究生教育为研究对象,运用文献法、定量和定性相结合、比较分析法、访谈法等方法,对河北省研究生教育存在的问题及对策进行了探讨。首先,在对研究生教育结构内涵进行分析的基础上,归纳了影响研究生教育结构的因素,提出了合理的研究生教育结构应具有的特征。其次,本文以河北省研究生教育的适应性为切入点,以河北省现有博士、硕士学位授权学科在各学科门类的分布情况,各学科历年招生人数,各种类型研究生教育的招生、毕业生数等数据为基础,对河北省研究生教育的科类、层次、形式结构现状进行了分析。最后,分别从教育主管部门及高等学校两个层面提出优化河北省研究生教育的对策:以河北省产业结构为依据,有层次有重点的发展研究生教育;加大研究生教育结构的调整力度;创新研究生培养模式,以提高研究生的创新能力。河北省研究生教育结构优化研究,对促进河北省研究生教育、社会经济的可持续发展具有重要的实践和理论意义。
[Abstract]:As the highest level of education, graduate education plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating high-level talents. The reasonable degree of its structure not only affects the sustainable development of graduate education, but also affects the healthy development of other social systems. The formal structure has changed. In recent years, the graduate education structure in Hebei Province has been gradually optimized in line with the needs of social, political, economic and cultural development, thus promoting social and economic development. The sustainable development of graduate education has played an important role. However, with the adjustment of the industrial structure of Hebei Province, the problems of graduate education in subjects, levels and forms have become increasingly apparent, which has become a constraint to graduate education. This article takes the graduate education of Hebei Province as the research object, uses the literature method, the quantitative and qualitative combination, the comparative analysis method, the interview method and so on, has carried on the discussion to the Hebei Province graduate student education existence question and the countermeasure. On the basis of analyzing the connotation of graduate education structure, this paper sums up the factors that affect the graduate education structure, and puts forward the characteristics of the reasonable graduate education structure. This paper takes the adaptability of graduate education in Hebei Province as the starting point, taking the distribution of the authorized subjects of doctoral and master degrees in Hebei Province as the starting point, the number of students enrolled in various disciplines over the years, and the enrollment of various types of graduate education. Based on the data of the number of graduates, this paper analyzes the current situation of the subjects, levels and formal structures of graduate education in Hebei Province. The countermeasures of optimizing graduate education in Hebei Province are put forward from the two aspects of educational departments and colleges: the development of graduate education should be based on the industrial structure of Hebei Province, and the adjustment of graduate education structure should be strengthened. To improve the innovative ability of graduate students by innovating the training mode of graduate students. The research on the optimization of graduate education structure in Hebei Province is of great practical and theoretical significance in promoting the sustainable development of graduate education and social economy in Hebei Province.
