“三位一体”培养研究生初探

【摘要】：目前,我国高校研究生培养与管理模式多种多样,有些已经不适应实际需要,不利于研究生培养质量的提高。积极探索研究生、管理者和导师"三位一体"的培养与管理融合新模式,将有效调动三者的积极性,激发研究生的潜能,提升研究生的综合素质。
[Abstract]:At present, there are a variety of graduate training and management models in Chinese universities, some of which are not suited to the actual needs and are not conducive to the improvement of graduate training quality. The new mode of "trinity" cultivation and management integration of managers and mentors will effectively arouse the enthusiasm of the three students, stimulate the potential of graduate students, and promote the comprehensive quality of graduate students.
