地方高校硕士研究生生活空间变移研究

【摘要】:近年来,硕士研究生教育质量下降已成为影响研究生群体成长,教育事业发展和国家人才战略实施的重要因素。因此从理论上探索硕士研究生教育规律,寻找破解研究生教育质量下降问题的有效途径,日益成为政府和学术界广泛关注的话题。 目前,关于研究生教育选题的研究成果比较丰富,但多从教育学,管理学,以及心理学等角度展开,从社会学角度进行研究尚不多见。 本文用于社会空间理论,从硕士研究生生活空间变移的视角出发,运用实证的方法,探讨研究生生活空间变移与研究生教育质量之间的关系。 首先,本研究在抽样调查,个案访谈及运用SPSS数据分析的基础上发现,与二十年前硕士研究生相比,目前的硕士研究生生活空间已发生显著的变移,这种变移主要呈现出三个方向性特征。一是由教室,图书馆移向寝室;二是由校内公共活动移向校外娱乐场所;三是由以学习生活为主要特征的学校移向以生产性活动为主要内容的社会。 其次,硕士研究生生活空间变移与其社会文化空间变移具有高度相关性。物理生活空间的变移往往同时引起社会关系,社会交往及社会环境的一定程度上的“质变”。这种“质变”主要体现在三个方面,一是社会关系表层化;二是社会交往多元化;三是社会环境复杂化。 再次,研究生生活空间变移与研究生质量下降成正相关:①研究生生活空间未发生明显变移的,其质量相对较高,甚至成上升趋势。②生活空间变移程度低,界域跨度小的研究生,其质量下降不明显。③生活空间变移频率高,界域跨度大的研究生,质量下降相对明显。 本文还从研究生攻读学位动机、学校管理制度与课程设置、就业压力等方面探讨了研究生生活空间变移导致其质量下降的原因,并在此基础上提出解决研究生生活空间变移,提高研究生培养质量的思考。主要有:硕士研究生自身建设的思考;硕士研究生教育管理工作的思考;硕士研究生教育培养工作的思考。 本文的独特之处在于从生活空间变移的视角审视社会文化环境变化对研究生的影响。这对从生活视域出发规范研究生日常行为,完善学校管理制度,提高研究生教育质量不无裨益。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the decline in the quality of graduate education has become an important factor affecting the growth of graduate students, the development of education and the implementation of national talent strategy. Finding an effective way to solve the problem of the decline of graduate education quality has increasingly become a topic of widespread concern by the government and academic circles. At present, the research on the topic of graduate education is relatively rich, but mostly from the angles of education, management, psychology and so on, but not from the angle of sociology. Based on the theory of social space, this paper discusses the relationship between the shift of living space of postgraduates and the quality of postgraduate education from the perspective of the shift of living space of postgraduates. First of all, on the basis of sample survey, case interview and SPSS data analysis, it is found that compared with 20 years ago, the living space of graduate students has changed significantly. This kind of shift mainly shows three directional characteristics: one is moving from classroom and library to dormitory, the other is moving from public activities in school to entertainment place outside school. The third is the shift from the school characterized by learning and life to a society with productive activities as its main content. Secondly, there is a high correlation between the shift of living space and the shift of social and cultural space. The shift of physical living space often causes social relations at the same time. The "qualitative change" of social interaction and social environment to a certain extent is mainly reflected in three aspects, one is the surfacing of social relations, the other is the diversification of social interaction, and the third is the complexity of social environment. Thirdly, there is no significant change in graduate student living space with positive correlation between graduate student living space shift and graduate student quality decline. The quality of graduate student living space is relatively high, even rising trend .2 living space shift degree is low. The decrease of quality of graduate students with small boundary span is not obvious. 3 the quality of graduate students with large span of boundary area decreases relatively obviously. 3 the frequency of change of living space is higher than that of graduate students with large span of boundary area. This paper also discusses the reasons for the decline of graduate students' living space from the aspects of motivation, school management system and curriculum arrangement, employment pressure and so on, and proposes to solve the problem of graduate students' living space shift. Thoughts on improving the quality of postgraduate training. The main ideas are: the thinking of the self-construction of the master's graduate students, the thinking of the education management work of the master's graduate students, and the thinking of the education and training work of the master's graduate students. The unique point of this paper is to examine the influence of the change of social and cultural environment on graduate students from the perspective of changing living space, which can standardize the daily behavior of graduate students from the perspective of life and perfect the school management system. It is helpful to improve the quality of graduate education.
