【摘要】：正我自1981年即从事学位与研究生教育的管理和研究工作,虽已离开管理工作岗位多年,但仍然关注着我国学位与研究生教育事业的改革与发展。问青松博士近十年来一直从事学位与研究生教育管理工作并注重相关研究,他承担的中国学位与研究生教育学会"十一五"委托课题"省级地方学位委员会功能作用"具有重要的理论研究价值和现实的指导意义。
