【摘要】： 研究生是一个不同于大学生的特殊群体,这个群体正在迅速扩大,研究生道德建设也显得越来越重要。为加强研究生道德建设,研究者们从多个方面进行了有益的探索。但现有研究依然存在着不足之处,例如对研究生自我教育自我管理的认识还不够深入。为了弥补不足,需做进一步的理论深化,以进一步提高研究生道德建设。本文主要讨论了两个问题:第一,研究生道德建设的自我教育自我管理的有无必要的问题;第二,研究生道德建设的自我教育自我管理如何进行的问题。针对这两个问题,本文进行了深层次的理论梳理。通过这种理论梳理,本文对第一个问题的回答是:个体、群体、道德建设现状等都促使研究生迫切需要进行自我教育自我管理;对第二个问题的回答是一方面研究生自身及群体要有所为,另一方面要注意引导。全文分为二个部分。第一部分:关于研究生道德建设的重要意义及自我教育自我管理的必要性。这一部分主要是对研究生道德建设的重要意义进行理论探讨,为研究的进一步展开奠定基础,并通过分析研究生个体和群体的需要和特点以及目前研究生道德建设的自我教育自我管理状况,从而进一步突出其重要性和紧迫性。第二部分:关于如何在研究生道德建设中开展自我教育自我管理。这一部分主要从四个方面论述了如何在研究生道德建设中开展自我教育自我管理。一是明确研究生道德建设的自我教育与自我管理的关系:后者是前者的一种能力再现,是前者的成果和标志、深化和发展,后者促进前者的发展,反过来前者又会进一步促进后者的发展,两者相互联系、相互包含、相辅相成、相互促进。二是注重研究生个体的自我教育自我管理:一定努力要继承我国传统文化中自我教育自我管理的精华;加强对外来文化和价值观念中自我教育自我管理的合理理念的吸收;力求使马克思主义、中国传统和西方道德观的自我教育自我管理理念相结合。三是加强研究生群体的自我教育自我管理:要充分发挥研究生群众团体在自我教
[Abstract]:Graduate students are a special group different from college students. This group is expanding rapidly, and the moral construction of graduate students is becoming more and more important.
