新闻人才培养的专业化方向——以北京大学健康传播硕士培养为例

【摘要】：在新闻业界的实践中,无论是新闻报道的专业化趋势,还是新闻人才需求的跨学科性,都说明专业的新闻人才培养是今后新闻人才培养的重要方向。当前,健康传播作为传播的新方向,对健康传播人才的需求量越来越大。在此背景下,北京大学新闻与传播学院联合医学部进行健康传播专业的硕士人才培养。这是一块新的试验田,其目的在于培养"既掌握医学知识又通晓传播规律的人才",以适应新闻报道的专业化发展,具有重要意义。但是当前的新闻传播人才培养专业化之路还有种种困难,如在培养理念上不受重视,在培养模式、资源整合上难以实现等。
[Abstract]:In the practice of the news industry, whether it is the specialized trend of news report or the interdisciplinary demand of news talents, it shows that the training of professional journalistic talents is the important direction of the training of journalistic talents in the future.At present, health communication as a new direction of communication, the demand for health communication talents is increasing.In this context, the School of Journalism and Communication of Peking University carries out a master's degree in health communication.This is a new experimental field, the purpose of which is to train "talents who master medical knowledge and understand the law of communication", so as to adapt to the professional development of news reports, which is of great significance.However, there are still many difficulties in the training and professionalization of news communication talents, such as the lack of attention to the training concept, the difficulty in realizing the training mode and the integration of resources, etc.
