高校研究生教育管理中的知识管理应用思路与系统架构

【摘要】：高校是知识富集之所、人才集聚之地,研究生教育管理的效率和有效性对高校自身、所在区域乃至国家的发展至关重要。在知识经济时代,有效实施知识管理已经成为重塑组织核心能力的基本方法,也是提升高校研究生教育管理水平的有效途径。为此,本文提出了在高校研究生教育管理中引入知识管理的基本思路,在此基础上设计并阐释了在高校研究生教育管理中实施知识管理的系统架构;而后,对系统实现过程中的相关技术策略进行了详细讨论。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities are the places where knowledge is enriched and talents are gathered. The efficiency and effectiveness of postgraduate education management are very important for the development of universities, regions and even countries.In the era of knowledge economy, the effective implementation of knowledge management has become the basic method of reshaping the core competence of the organization, and is also an effective way to improve the level of postgraduate education management in colleges and universities.Therefore, this paper puts forward the basic idea of introducing knowledge management into the management of graduate education in colleges and universities, and then designs and explains the system structure of implementing knowledge management in the management of graduate education in colleges and universities.The related technical strategies in the process of system implementation are discussed in detail.
